“Beaucoup Bucks at Bucci's. Prices were kinda high for quantity not necessarily for its quality. We had 14 person bday party on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty busy in there. Nice ambiance but really kinda loud probably since it's so tight in there. We had 2 servers, & were great. They let us bring our own cakes in & servers brought it out w/ candles so that was perfect. My Buccis burger was tasty & a large size. It only came w/ chips so I subbed salad for $3 so it was $17 which was a bit steep. The bruschetta was good but the toastinis were super hard - all crunch & no chew so it exploded as you bit it. Not many of us ate them therefore. Others got the French onion soup & calamari which were unfinished so not sure they loved em. The steak was reported good but a pretty penny. My two cousins next to me got 2 apps 2 entrees & 2 sodas and their bill was $90! Wow. Although the kids meal chicken tenders was huge & a great value. Nice place & good food w/ robust prices.“

“Celebrating a birthday. Been many times. Good food (city chicken special). Excellent service. Very attentive. Linda was so nice, she happened to overhear we were celebrating a birthday, in which a chocolate dessert was brought for all to share. Great time, never will you be disappointed!“

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

“It was a Saturday night, so of course it was busy and there was a wait. About 30 minutes for a table for 2. Service was very good, food was good and accurate. Onion petals seem to have changed though, still good, but there was a difference. I had the filet and lobster, with sweet potato, and salad, it was very good.“

“We had brunch on Sunday, overall everything was good, except the coffee was not hot and it appeared they had some difficulty coordinating the dishes as the waffles were not hot when they were served, although they were tasty. We had reservations and were told when we arrived that we could either sit at a hightop or sit outside. Since we did have a reservation, I would have expected to have been offered a table especially since one of the members of our party is in her late 80"s. We chose outside although it was warm it was windy, and with the music speaker above our table we had a difficult time conversing with each other, not ideal.“

“We took our mom here when we were I. Town visiting. And all I can say is WOW. I spoke to one of the cooks after our mean and completed him on the food. In our brief conversation he said he had been there for a while and planned on retiring from there one day. Our waitress was fantastic and she also stated it was the best place ahead of ever worked and would never leave it. She shared a personal story of one of her longtime customers with us as well. And when my mom asked for the bill at the same time I did her reply was fantastic she said” Trivia would not be happy if he knew I gave the bill to a mother”. So that ended the debate on payment. The food was absolutely amazing as well. We can’t wait to go back. Oh and their cannoli is to die for.“

“Quite honestly one of the greatest bars I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. The owner, the bar staff and all the visitors have been lost excellent. I've been here 5 times in the last week and they continue to exceed expectations.“

“Very good experience. The burger and fries were awesome. One thing I will note is that they add an extra 3% to all credit card payments. This is not the problem. The issue I have here is that the waitress did not inform me before she totaled my bill. I was paying in cash so this didn't apply to me. The waitress happily corrected it, but it all could have been avoided earlier.“

“We usually go to the one in Engle toad but was out in Strongsville. Went in staff made you feel so welcome from the start .I think the manager name was Will greeted myself and other customers right away while it seemed like he was training a new younger female .Food was absolutely made to the T the way I wanted it but what made the experience was that this manager was running a tight ship verry friendly and well organized team . I EVEN HEARD THIS MAN GREET A REGULAR CUSTOMER BY HER NAME SAY ITS GREAT SEEING TOU AGAIN AND ASKWD HOW HER AND HER FAMILY WAA THIS IS GHE CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT .As a supervisor in a business myself we are only as strong as our leader I give props to this man and also his team .I will only be going here from now on .Thank you for the great meal,service, and experience“
