“4.56 rounded up My mom and I originally came here thinking it was more of a carry out taco shop. However, when I ran in to pick up carryout menus, this was clearly a restaurant with a full bar, plenty of table seating, and also provided carryout. It immediately struck me as feeling very clean. Sure enough, their Yelp health score was 100 out of 100. We were definitely game for trying it. My mom and I went inside and selected a comfortable booth. The decor is bright and inviting, though the theme appeared to be wrestling, which played on the TVs. The sound was turned down or muted but it was still somewhat distracting. We were promptly greeted by our server and ordered small margaritas on the rocks, the traditional house variety. They were okay- not great and not horrible- but nothing that made either of us want to order another. Tortilla chips and salsa were promptly placed on the table and the salsa was beyond amazing! It was clearly homemade with the perfect blend of ingredients that were agreeable to my mom, who generally prefers hot sauce, and to me, who would normally prefer a milder salsa. Not sure how they satisfied both pallets but they did. Wish they sold a bottled version of the salsa, and yet it was the homemade preservative free freshness that made it so delicious! For entrees, my mom ordered a breaded cod burrito with cabbage and tomatoes within the burrito. I ordered a pollo (chicken) burrito bowl. It could be ordered with avacado sauce (avocado and sour cream) and came with rice, lettuce, black beans, chicken and cheese. This restaurant is very authentic and there is a bit of a language barrier. I ordered my burrito bowl without the avocado sauce and ordered a side of chunky guacamole to share with my mom instead. My bowl arrived with the blend of avocado sauce and sour cream and I just rolled with it. It was still delicious, though I would have preferred it less creamy. The portions are huge so we ended up taking a lot of food home in to-go containers. My mom found the guacamole bland for her taste but I loved it. Interestingly, there no salt or pepper shakers on the table, and we didn't ask. My burrito bowl heated up nicely in the microwave for a few more meals and snacks. The salsa and guacamole were still delicious two days later. My mom, however, found her cod burrito best the first day when ordered. Upon heating it in the microwave, she was disappointed to find that it was less tasty and seemed more like fish sticks you might find at a grocery store. She still ate it though would probably order something else next time. Overall, our experience was extremely positive, despite disappointing margaritas, mild ordering misunderstanding, and a cod burrito that didn't heat up as well as leftovers. I would definitely return and be sure to clearly communicate any special orders. Absolutely enjoy the tortilla chips with salsa! This spot is very clean with so many delicious options within a colorful, upbeat ambiance. Highly recommend!”

“Michigan Guy here...If you love a good coney island, you should check this place out. Its not a coney island, but it has the famous chili dog. Finally went after all the hype...and I have to say it was worth it. Great atmosphere and service.Pickles are awesome, cabbage reminds me of polish homemade style. Hot dog was a diffrent take on a Detroit coney because it was real chili with kidney beans. Reminded me of my mom's homemade. Definitely nostalgic. And the Packos special Dog, is a kielbasa style instead of an American hotdog. So it catered to my polish/German roots. What a cool concept...never had chili on kielbasa like that.Definitely going back in the future. Plus..it's fun to look at all the signatures on the buns. Thanks Tony!”

“The food was great! I had one of their prime rib sandwiches, the buttery one, and it just melted in my mouth! It's a bar atmosphere, which I don't mind, but some might. Drawback is there are not alot of tables. It is kinda small. I'm told there is a line out the door on certain days. I suggested it to Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, so we'll see what happens. Definitely check it out! I will definitely go there again!Parking: It's in a small strip mall with other businesses, and some if not all have delineated which spots are theirs.”

“This bakery did not disappoint! My fiancé told me great things about this place but I needed to see for myself. I live in another state but needed to order my soon to be hubby the perfect bday cake! From the time they answered the phone the experience was amazing. They made the cake exactly as the picture but the flavor and moisture of the cake was even more amazing. “This was our first trip to Star of India, and for my wife, it was her first Indian food experience. We were invited by our friends who are Star regulars, and it did not disappoint. Jessie was our server, and he gave us the most personable, relaxed, and friendly service that I think I have had anywhere. The food lives up to the hype, and you could tell it was made with love. “From the moment you enter Tokyo Steakhouse & Sushi, you know you are in the right place. Atmosphere is calm and classy. The menu is extensive enough to please any palate. Madison, our server was outstanding! She served our table in a very polite and friendly way, making sure our glasses staid full and our food arrived promptly. My choice was under the creative sushi rolls, Srirach Yo Mama. It was delicious and the presentation receives an A+. Tokyo Steakhouse and Sushi is a great addition to my saved restaurant in google maps!”

“This place seems like a small family run business and these people are absolutely killing it. My favorite thing is carne asada street tacos(I've reviewed like every street taco I've seen from Miami to Detroit) and these are definitely top 10 if not top 3. The whole taco is great but what really sets them apart is they give u lemons instead of limes. That really just changes it up and actually makes me CHOOSE to go out of my way and go here instead of San Marcos right by my house. Oh, yeah, today I forgot to order birria to dip in, definitely try their birria consume, it's 1000x worth it.”

“We came here for dinner and sat in the bar. The server we had was excellent and the burgers were perfectly cooked. Love the cold slaw too. However there was a shrieking kid behind us and I wasn't aware that children were allowed in the bar. The evening would have been more pleasant without him. “I love Coopers Hawk! My girlfriends and I go there probably 3-4 times a month. We have always had great food and service. Lately we have been sitting at the bar and let’s just say the service is not what you get at a table. Took 3 hrs for them to remove dirty dishes from the people that sat there before us. We had to move it out of our way so they could serve us. But the bartender didn’t take the dirty plates, even after bring us out new food!The manager came behind the bar smiled and walked right past the dirty plates pile as well ?. I have bartended and served the majority of my life and I couldn’t believe it. We have been back since then and it seems like the bartender’s are torn between getting server drink orders and taking care of the guests sitting at the bar. 2 bartenders taking care of the servers orders and we had to keep flagging someone down to get a drink and food, silverware. I am hopeful new training or procedures for the bar area will fix this one issue. Otherwise I love this place!”

“Recently went back to Spiriti di Toledo that's Toledo spirits in Italian it's my #1 favourite cocktail lounge in the Toledo area. My family has been in the craft alcohol industry for more then 30 years! Out of California and let me tell you Toledo Spirts is a Gem! Great cocktails & they make some excellent spirits themselves! The atmosphere is nice with the diversity of different kinds of music every time I'm there! Service is fast and very consistent yet not over overbearing which is nice some places the service is just to much. Tonight's date night dinner was at Georgios which, if you're not familiar with the city, is a hidden gem. A family owned and run restaurant with a long running history, this place hit all the feels. Great classy intimate atmosphere without feeling stiff or stuffy, phenomenal food selection and preparation thanks to their talented chef and kitchen staff, and the service is above and beyond. Did I mention the valet parking as well? I mean... seriously! All the qualities of fine dining with a reputable reputation without high city prices. Don't get me wrong, don't expect to pay $20 for a plate! But be aware that you're getting a quality sumptuous dinner that's worth the price tag associated with it. I had the specialty trout topped with lump crab and he had the grass fed veal chop. Would definitely recommend giving this lovely place a try and we will most certainly be repeat patrons ❤️”

“The overall vibe of Hannon's Block is immaculate. It has an upscale, eclectic feeling but isn't too formal or overpriced. As first time diners, we came out for a date night and couldn't have made a better choice. Our server, Hope, was the sweetest!! She had great menu recommendations, paid great attention to us, and played a huge part in our experience! She didn't miss a beat with refills or requests. The kitchen was super speedy and our meals were DELICIOUS! All together we ordered a side of king crab, French onion soup, the block burger & the roasted half chicken. The soup!!! Amazing! All of our plates were virtually clean by the time we left! Definitely recommend ending your meal with the salted cookie - save room! It comes to your table warm and is the perfect dessert. I also love a local restaurant that supports other local spots - it was nice to have an ISTF seltzer with my meal! Great work Hannon's Block! Can't wait to come back!”

“It has been awhile since I've been to a waffle house, about a year, and almost 2 years for this location. The eggs and hash browns were great. But the waffles have changed. They are the same diameter, but only half as thick. They have small indents (instead of the large ones). They are not crispy (almost like a pancake).I drove about an hour and a half to come here (I live north of Detroit). I will have to try a different location to see if they changed the waffle also”

“I visited their food truck at the Toledo Craftsman Guild's Craft Show. Ordered a tostada and nachos. The food was amazing! Not only was it delicious, but they were very generous on the servings. My nachos was so well loaded, not one chip was without a topping. Please give them a try, I highly recommend them.”

The staff were very accommodating. I asked for the price of soda, hoping it was $1 because I only had $5 cash on me, but it was $1.75. “Our little corner of south Toledo doesn't have a ton of fast food options, so this McDonald's is almost always hopping. They recently remodeled and updated their drive through menus.In the past, it's been hit or miss with the freshness of food. But I've been really surprised with my last few visits! Fresh fries. Hot, juicy burgers. I think they've finally got a solid team and it's allowing them to keep the line flowing smoothly.I'm tentatively giving this location 5 stars because of how much they've improved their game in recent months. “After living in Japan for 6 years, trust me when I say Chef and his team has it done right. I had the "Omakase" (aka tasting menu). The tasting was 2 hours long in duration, the food tasted great, the designed dishes (food) was very creative, plating was beautiful and service was awesome too. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated due to the busy lunch crowd. However, we had a very short wait for our food to be served after ordering. Portions were large. The baked steak and turkey & dressing were very tasty! I would not suggest this place if you are in a hurry during the prime breakfast and lunch hours! But if you have the time, the food is worth the wait! They also have quite a few pie choices if you still have room for desert.”

Totaled $60 kinda pricy food better be good. ? thumbs up in my book. Hefty helping of seasoned fry’s with enough pep it made my nose run. Burger had something missing it was ok, but not the best.. o forgot to mention they brought the flurry type custard shake while we waited. That was cool.
