“I had a memorial cake made for my father on 6/11/22. i can honestly say that it was one of the best cakes that I have ever eaten. The compliments were never ending. “Tiger Bakery has been a Toledo favorite for decades. Their kitchen, food prep areas, and the glass serving/display counters were always sparkling clean and always impressive. I still remember the tantalizing smells of all the food. There are plenty of options so you won't have any problem pleasing everyone in your entire family or group. Those glass displays enable everyone to choose what you're in the mood for as you're ordering--very helpful in case people aren't familiar with Middle Eastern & Mediterranean food. In fact, this is a perfect place to get acquainted with foods you haven't tried, or return for your favorite dishes, because the high quality, amazing flavors, and the cleanliness is consistent. The service is fast, the food is fabulous, and you won't leave hungry. I almost forgot--HEALTHY OPTIONS are plentiful here. While there are abundant meat dishes, there are also plenty of rice dishes, vegetable dishes, all so good even people who do eat meat won't miss it. (Now I'm hungry!) I don't think it would bother anyone if I tell one of my Mom, Carol's, secrets: she truly enjoyed working here years ago (mid-1990s-2000s) and was treated so well, she would come home in a good mood. “The best bakery! Claire has the kindest heart and it really translates into her baked goodies. Her cakes are absolutely amazing and our story is even more special because she actually helped deliver our twins 3 years ago! She was amazing as our doctor and amazing as the baker for our twins’ 3rd birthday cakes and cupcakes. They were beautifully decorated and everyone kept telling us how delicious they were. Her cakes really have the homemade flavor that we cannot seem to find anywhere else. Our favorite is the confetti cake with American buttercream. The croissants are the most flaky buttery goodness you’ll ever taste. If you’re looking for a bakery, look no further you will not be disappointed!“

“Such a cute place! I went close to closing time so there wasn't much to choose from but the options available looked awesome. Their Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar is SO GOOD! The staff was nice, answered all my questions about the desserts and told me about their cute room rentals for events! Definitely recommend trying them“

“Staff was relatively friendly and the place is pretty cute and looks fairly clean! Lots of options but i she they had vegan donuts so I went and Monday-Friday they ONLY have ONE VEGAN kind. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

Not only were we able to get more than enough cake for all guests by opting for a two tier and kitchen cakes but we chose multiple flavors and each was a hit! Almond zebra, key lime, strawberry cream, tiramisu - ALL SO GOOD. Plus, the to-go sampler bag was a great way to try all the flavors and pick our favorites.“

Jibni with zaatar was really good its there take on pizza. Hummus is really good as well. We also got the chicken shawarma yea probably ordered too much food, but it was worth it.“

“I am so happy this place exists. Two years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease and I was referred here by a friend. I’m a big sandwich junkie and they have some bomb sandwiches. Their sweet treats are super yum, I would love to see them have gluten free donuts sometime, but also their macaroni salad… I literally go in there and buy pounds of it. It’s so delish. “I wanted a doughnut cake for my husband. I called the Sylvania location as that is close to my home. I was told that they make those at the Secor location. I called there and placed my order. The woman was kind enough to offer to have the cake transported to the Sylvania location for me to pick up (no charge). I picked up the cake a few days later and it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! A LOT of time and effort was put into making this cake look perfect. Everyone kept talking about how amazing the cake looked. Oh, and....it was DELICIOUS!! We will be back :-)“
