Brassica is my favorite restaurant to grab a healthy, quick dinner. I typically get a salad with the slow roasted chicken shark and a plethora of vegetables. Pickled cabbage, roasted carrots and marinated eggplants are my top 3 choices.
Brassica is a Lebanese-inspired, Chipotle-style fast casual joint that lets you build your own pita sandwiches, salads, or hummus and chips. I usually get the salad option, akin to a bowl, with a base of lentils and greens. Protein choices include falafel, vegetable mix, chicken shawarma, or harissa-rubbed brisket.
