“Naan Kabob in Mississauga is a delightful spot for anyone craving authentic and savory Afghan cuisine. Located in a modest, yet welcoming setting, the restaurant does an excellent job at making every guest feel valued through attentive service and a warm ambiance. The menu at Naan Kabob is a testament to the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Afghanistan. A standout must-try is their kabobs, which are perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection. The chicken breast kabob and the lamb chops come highly recommended. These are marinated beautifully and have a smoky, charred exterior while remaining juicy on the inside.Another highlight is their naan. Baked fresh, the bread is soft with a slight crispiness on the outside, ideal for scooping up their array of savory dips or pairing with their hearty stews. The Qabuli Palaw, a fragrant rice dish with raisins and carrots, is a flavor-packed choice that complements the meats wonderfully.Portions are generous, providing good value for money, which is great for families or groups. The restaurant also takes pride in its presentation, serving dishes in traditional crockery that adds to the authentic experience. For dessert, their firni, a traditional Afghan pudding, is a sweet and comforting finish to a robust meal. It's subtly flavored with cardamom and pistachios, providing a light yet satisfying end.In terms of drinks, the doogh, a yogurt-based drink, is a refreshing accompaniment to the rich food, especially if you choose to indulge in some of their spicier offerings.Overall, Naan Kabob in Mississauga scores high on both food quality and dining experience. It's a great place for both newcomers to Afghan cuisine and seasoned aficionados alike. Whether you're there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, Naan Kabob promises an enjoyable and delicious dining experience.“

“They tried to find some middle ground between turkish and middle eastern cuisine and have somewhat passed. They are not exceptional with either but fine for both.Plus points for them are good location, fresh bread and their mixing of stuffing to create consistent bites :)So not a bad experience overall if you are around the area and looking for a quick meal.“

“Wow! That's what we kept saying after last night's dinner. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. From fresh salads to the best lamb, everything was so delicious. The best lahmajoon and Turkish pizza (pide) is made right here. I spoke with the ownwr/cook and it's made in a custom hand made real wood burning oven, the same way it's been made for thousands of years. The dough melts in your mouth and the ingredients are 100% top quality. I couldn't believe the taste of the chicken wing dinner (has a different name). Forget deep fried wings, bbq charred to perfection with special spicy seasoning.. Omg! Thought we couldn't beat the food until we got dessert. Just wow. Ordered every dessert they had and couldn't beleive my taste buds. The large milk squares (can't remember the name) I am convinced has magical ingredients in it.I am so happy they have opened so close to my house. I'm planning on trying everything on the menu. The absolute best Turkish restruant in the city by far. A must try.“
