It's awesome to have a vegan bakery in central Beaverton, and it's located somewhere cool and accessible. The interior of the place is comforting and cute, as well as well-decorated with a Scandinavian theme. They have a lot of sweet treats including delicious cookies (I'd highly recommend the chocolate cinnamon) and even savory selections. The wait can be a bit longer at times but it's worth it.
Carina' Bakery is fully vegan with many gluten free options. They have savory and sweet and lots of options of both. Our favorites are their pistachio cake, almond cake, brownies, and cupcakes. I also live that they have hemp milk as one of their drink options (plus oat, soy, & coconut). The staff are very friendly and kind, many have visual impairments (there is a sign about it). So many tasty looking treats! Everything is vegan and most of the items are vegan & gluten-free. My partner isn't vegan or GF but he enjoyed the bakery as well. If I'd realized that they served sandwiches and soups, I would have had lunch there instead of just dessert. The rose brownie, chocolate cinnamon cookie, and cinnamon caramel cake were all delicious! ?
