Seems over staffed for quality received. I drove from Portland and selected drive up, there were 4-5 people in there just standing around and I had to get off my work call, go in and grab my food even though I checked in.It doesn’t make sense that there’s no delivery to southwest Portland between the two closest stores. Just picked up a Spicy East Coast Italian sub. Totally ruined by the unnecessary addition of mayonnaise…an ingredient no self-respecting Italian sub should EVER have in it! At the very least ask the customer if they want mayo on their sub. Really ruined what otherwise should have/could have been a good sandwich.

Came in today to order a tuna on wheat and in the time that it took me to walk back to my workplace, a few doors down from JJ's, and unwrap the sandwich, my bread was completely soaked through with water from the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I was unable to salvage more than half the sandwich and eat it without the soggy bread. Very disappointed. And still hungry, unfortunately. And, i tipped $1. :(
