They are doing incredible work in the community in the face of more daily challenges and obstacles than many organizations in Portland face in a lifetime. Everyone in the organization - leadership, mentors and beyond - are dedicated to their mission and it shows. An amazing organization.

I live here and it's wonderful, quiet place to live and recovery options available. To have na meetings 365 days a year

This place was a joke and extremely rude. Signed my kids up a month ago for Christmas toys, because it was the only way I was going to be able to get anything for them. My kids were sick with 103 degree fevers, was told by the doctor to not take them anywhere incase of covid. I was told that I couldn't get the toys unless they were with me...even after explaining all of this, lady was rude, not understanding and told me to just bring the kids in and they could just wear masks

They need to love stringing people along. They act like gate keepers to any real progress.I honestly don't even know what they do or can do because NO ONE here is even on the same page. They give gift cards out periodically and for the longest time I was getting one every 2 weeksWhen I asked for one recently the guy said I already got one... Then went on to say it's not every 2 weeks but once every 90 days....If that were true, why aren't all the staff on the same page?I haven't even been going there for 90 days I've gotten multiple, once every 2 weeksThe wait times are forever and they only seem to be horsing aroundThe turn over rate for the staff may give you whip lash

Iss aight. I go the and Im "yellow", articulate and ready to mingle, get my sobrierty on. Them ninjas make me wanna drink, they got attitude about an ESA (big hefty and scared), got attitude about how im livin' cause they not, trippin' bout something. Not welcoming, and they should be.

Very narrow minded and focused only on one topic the ninth time i went, and what's funny to me is that he explained how black people should not be smoking weed and acting ignorant but at the same time he should wear there shoes to see what it feels like to be ignored from society and even some educated blacks would rather choose a educated white women over another sista that is educated, and sometimes those black people that are struggling would still rather choose a black women over a White women, and also he is kinda a hypocrite when he explained how some black people eat out of plastic bowls which leaks into the body and increases estrogen but we drunk like Sprite or something that was in a plastic bottle and what people don't know is that if soda stays in a plastic bottle for maybe 5 to 10 years then the plastic may abosrb all the soda.
