we came to arden for a friday night dinner. definitely recommend making a reservation. we ordered a couples glasses of wine with some recommendations from the server. their menu recommends wine pairings with their food too. we started with the foie gras. it had a delicious savory/sweet combo with a rhubarb jam. we got the burrata and carrots which were absolutely delicious with great flavoring, especially the dill. the summer creamy spaghetti was delicious with some mushrooms and peas. the steak was nicely cooked, and had a bit of a stroganoff/french onion vibe with the flavoring. would recommend if you're in the pearl district looking for some good food and wine!
From the moment we walked in we felt the love and energy from a very attentive staff. Our host seated us promptly welcomed us and introduced us to Nicholas! Nicholas was awesome. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! We are definitely big fans!!!

Arden is always outstanding! The food always impresses, the menu is so creative and delicious. The servers are all amazing and they even gave us champagne with our dessert for our anniversary. I will always highly recommend Arden!!

Was able to get a last minute reservation at the bar. Ordered the chef's prefix menu. Surprised to get a sampling of snacks in addition to 4 full courses. Staff was attentive & pleasant while careful not to impede conversation. I will return to sample more dishes, especially as the menu is ever changing.

My friend and I sat at the Chef's counter and enjoyed the delicious meal while watching the staff work their wonders. We were open to drink and menu suggestions and were not disappointed in our choices. The citrus salad was wonderful and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her oysters. The pierogi dish was unique and very tasty. The panna cotta desert was both beautiful and divine. Definitely plan to return soon to try other menu options. This is a restaurant for special occasions and just to treat yourself.

Outstanding! We absolutely loved everything about our meal here, from the food, to the drinks, to the service and ambiance. This currently ranks as the best dinner of 2024! Our server was so attentive and helpful with recommendations, we felt so well taken care of throughout the evening. The cocktails and wine were all excellent, particularly those recommended to us. We absolutely loved the delicious and unique preparation of the steak tartare. The spaghetti and steak with morels (so many!) were likewise amazing. We are still thinking about how great everything was, loved it all. Not only that, but the whole experience was a great value. We felt like they could have charged double and it would be ok! Can't wait to return!

We had been looking forward to a wonderful meal based on the menu and reviews that we'd read about Arden. The menu has many options for fish-eating vegetarians, which was a particular draw. Most of the food we ordered was delicious, but a tiny serving of soggy pasta was a disappointment — esp at $25. What was most disappointing was the SLOW service. Dishes came out one at a time, with long intervals between them. Our server tried to make up for it by plying us with free glasses of alcohol that we hadn't requested. It was more than we could, or wanted to, drink after we had already ordered a full bottle of wine. I'm afraid that we won't be back.

The food was wonderful, I had the Hamichi collar, the leek and potato pasta and a dessert I can't remember what it's called, but all the food was wonderful and I really appreciated the service. Each dish was explained in great detail and they were there for everything. My silverware was replaced after every dish and I was never left waiting, but best of all, the dishes came out slowly, I was never rushed. Check it out and consider sitting at the chef's bar.
