Chi-Mek /chee * meck/ - noun/verb/way of life meaning combination of chicken & mekju (beer) - correct way to use in sentence: man let's go out for some chimek - also correct: all I do is chimek They have wing options but getting the whole chicken is the way to go (about $33). You can get half/half but only the soy garlic & spicy which weren't the sauces we wanted but the guy was nice & gave us some sauces on the side w/ the plain fried chicken. Amazing food and great atmosphere, tried the original fried chicken and soy garlic and it was bomb. The cashier was super friendly and recommended the cheese ddukbokki and it was so delicious!!! I absolutely recommend this placeWings are exactly same taste of korea. I will come again soon

Consistently very good. Crunchy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. Atmosphere not as warm as the Beaverton Town Center location, But I'm really looking forward to their outdoor seating when the weather cooperates. Extra hot can run very hot, perfect for me. Not hot enough? Request additional sauce. Too hot? Order a soy garlic wing and rub them together. :) Or, cool them down with some of the wasabi mayo. Prices for the boneless are much better than some other places....read full review
