Absolutely the best restaurant staff in Portland. Quick. Fun. Attentive. Food was almost a religious experience. Spicy biscuits and gravy? Yeah. Shared it as appetizer. I had Florentine eggs Benedict with gorgeous, delicious potatoes ( in lieu of yummy grits). Coffee hot and fresh. My cup never emptied! Had brunch delivered through DD. Ate it so quickly pics weren't an option! Sorry, not sorry. Eggs Florentine with biscuits and polenta was scrumptious. Blueberry Paleo Pancakes was delicious and yummy Belgian Waffle. All delivered with mindfulness in the packaging and condiments. Will pop in soon for some Lavender Mimosas. See you soon Fuel Cafe. Staff is friendly. Ordered food to go after picking up multiple times as a door dasher a few years ago. Needed some biscuits and gravy for a rib sticking meal before activities. Biscuit was nice but the gravy is pretty thin, and has tiny crumbles of sausage, with zero seasoning. Scrambled egg on the side had zero seasoning.
