I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. Best cheese on the planet! But perhaps I am a bit biased lol
I grew up with grilled cheese sandwiches made with sharp Tillamook cheddar and nothing else is quite the same
