Cutest little spot everything we tried was really good and service was amazing! I can't recommend enough.
We almost didn’t end up at Bolo because we had originally planned to try some of the more popular restaurants in the city, but everything was fully booked and we had a large group. I found Bolo on OpenTable at the last minute and I am so glad I did because it ended up being the best dinner we had during our trip.

Overall loved the atmosphere and meat dishes and desserts!
For appetizers, we ordered skewers (pinchas de pork, chicken, and shrimp). Sauce for the skewers was interesting the brown sauce was fruity/jammy and paired well especially with the pork and chicken (rating it a 8/10). The mussel ceviche tasted overpoweringly of just antipasto peppers + fishiness (rating it a 6/10). The bacalaitos were DELICIOUS and the crab salad was alright (rating it a 7/10).
