“Old school Italian-American bakery. Tasty sweets, espresso, cakes and pies. Cannoli, of course! Had the red velvet cake and it was very good. Service was warm and welcoming. Open late! No gluten free options tonight (I asked). I didnt ask if they had dairy free or sugar free options, but... I really wouldn't expect them here. Very nice pricing! :) Tables available inside and outside.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options (I asked).“

“From the tasting to after the wedding, Bredenbeck’s was amazing! The cake came out EXACTLY how I expected it to. It was beautiful! And it tasted amazing! All of my guests really loved every layer (each one was a different flavor). We had a small issue with the filling but Bredenbeck’s rectified the issue right away and took accountability! I look forward to visiting them for another cake order in the future!“

“I lived in Seattle for almost two decades and will admit to being a bit of a coffee shop snob. The Nook hits so many of my high points. Extremely good locally roasted coffee (in-house!). Amazing baked goods. The cocoa coffee bread must be tried, but leave me a slice! Great staff. If I ever move out of the neighborhood, I'll journey to the Nook for a great cup and bite.“

“WOW! Says it all. I ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake as my husband asked for it for his birthday. I was a little skeptical about the flavor he choose but once we tried it all I could think of was I want more. The cheesecake was so delicious we will definitely be placing more orders. Husband totally approved and we can't wait to keep ordering from Teresa for special occasions. The cake was also nice and heavy and condensed. Highly recommend, next on our list to try is the caramel cheesecake.“

“I ordered the fallen flowers/leaves three tiered cake and the balloon cookie favors for my daughter’s baby shower luncheon. I asked Grace for pale peach, gold, green etc very muted colors and it turned out beyond my expectations.Gorgeous! Many commented on how pretty and tasty it the cake was. Guests and even the restaurant took photos. Thanks so much Grace and Whipped Bakeshop! Wish you did our wedding cakes! The cookie favors were beautifully wrapped and delicious too! “I placed an order for a bowtie cake which I was hoping would not be impossible to make but Tyisha did an excellent job with the design. Not to mention the moisture and flavor of the cake and fondant was superb. I will order her cakes for any occasion. Makes me eager to have potlucks at work and refer her to my friends, family and coworkers.“

“First time trying this place out. Must pickup from the window as the entrance is closed off. and eating it seems homemade. The heart cookies were sweet but just missing that certain someone to share them with. One of the macaroons was off kilter appearance wise but food wise- I mean it's TooGoodToGo. The taste is fine. Nothing like when Miel existed or the one off of Race St. if it is still there, probably French exquisite in those places. Staff is friendly. The custard like dessert was flavorful and I have no idea what this mash was besides edible and delicious! A local shop a tourist probably won't hit unless they are using TooGoodToGo or reading this review by chance, then maybe.“

Banana pudding and sweet potato pie are also fave go to’s and very unique desserts that you won’t find at the store. Always a kind greeting and welcoming place. “We ordered custom cookies in the likeness of our daughter’s dogs for a party. These doggie cookies were the hit of the party! Not only did the coolies look exactly like the dogs, somehow their personally was also captured! The cookies tasted delicious as well as looking great! I Would highly recommend this bakery! We used the Fish Town location.“
