DO NOT EAT HERE. Terrible service. Manager called me to tell me i did not tip the driver. When i stated i did and that i gave her cash, she then tried to shame me for leaving a CASH tip at my apartment door for my delivery and that my "tip wasn't large enough." My apartment is less than 4 blocks from the restaurant and last i heard, a tip is a gratuity for good service, not an order being delivered over 45 minutes late. The manager then stated it was rude and disrespectful to leave cash outside my door and that we should be HANDING it to the driver. I reminded her we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. She stated they did not care. My fiancé is a surgeon who works in the hospital with patients everyday and has to be very careful to serve those in need. How safe is this restaurant? They don't want your service, they don't care about your safety, and their drivers will "only deliver if the tip is worth it" otherwise you will wait for an hour and a half for your food. It's a shame that a business cannot respect a pandemic or a loyal customer who placed larger orders from them almost weekly to keep them alive during the pandemic. Shame on them. There are plenty of other sushi restaurants in the city that treat their customers much better.
