I waited in the drive thru here for about 15-20 min!! I used to be a McDonald’s SM & that was not acceptable at my location. That is ridiculous for fast food! What ever happened to parking cars when a part of someone’s order isn’t ready instead of holding up the whole drive thru. All I had was a kids nugget happy meal. Then when I get to the second window they didn’t even know what I ordered! Smh! Don’t know why I even went back. About a month ago I went in there & ordered food for my grandson & niece. His nuggets were cold so I asked for fresh ones. 25 min later & that is not an exaggeration either, after going back 1 time to ask what’s the hold up? They never dropped the darn nuggets so I just asked for a refund!! This place is horrible! I am NEVER GOING BACK!!!
