Made reservations for 4 guest for my friend’s birthday unfortunately only 3 of us were able to make it. When we got to the restaurant the host made it so awkward and was kinda rude just because only 3 of us showed up instead of 4. I can’t say anything about the ambience I love it and the music too. The one thing you should work on is your waitresses very unprofessional and with an attitude of not wanting to be there. I was a waitress before and the way the girls take your order is just so awkward and forgetting that they already took your order or appetizers. The food was amazing so I don’t have no complaints on that. Also they do charge you a 18% service fee.

The service was top tier!!! I patroned this restaurant last night for a friend's birthday. We had the entire downstairs. There was a bar and bathroom downstairs. We were also provided with two waitresses. I unfortunately could not stay downstairs with the party due to my shellfish allergy. The lovely waitresses and manager accommodated me by seating me at the bar upstairs. My food was served upstairs until I was able to join the party at a later time. That meant the world to me. Additionally, the food was amazing. I ordered a bad and boozie, lamb chops, Taiwanese fried rice, and Taiwanese wings. I ordered the wings to go. The portion sizes are huge. I definitely could not finish the fried rice in one sitting. The upstairs vibe is grown and sexy. The DJ played hits all night. I would definitely return in the future.

Our waitress never greeted us. So a different waitress came over after 30 mins and took our orders, than she notified our waitress that she had a table. Our original waitress came over once and never came back. The second waitress took over our table after an hour and a half.

The wait time to be seated is crazy it's very small and loud unable to have a conversation with who your sitting with or give your waitress your order and they charge a service fee plus a convienvece fee and that's not including the tip crazy work I will not be returning

I attended MeiMei for Sunday Brunch with the girls. The host/hostess seemed overwhelmed and the reception space is much too small for the wait that ensues before being seated. which is definitely a practice in abandoning personal space. The music was so loud that it was difficult to carry a conversation with the other members of my party. The saving grace is that the food was DELICIOUS and our waitress was actually very accommodating and attentive. I would recommend on a person to person basis, because it definitely will not be everyone's vibe.

Me and my friends had a great experience at Mei Mei. We were celebrating my cousins birthday and the service was phenomenal when it came to their birthday shot celebration. The food was also very good and came out steaming hot (which I love). The restaurant is also very beautiful and I would return again.

Music was GREAT, the DJ definitely did his thing. Most of the food tasted good too, except for the calamari being overcooked & under-seasoned. The drinks were another story... Definitely watered down. The cocktails tasted good, but we had 2 of them + a shot each and didn't feel anything. For $18-$20 a drink I expected MUCH more.

Even though we had a reservation we still had to wait. Host was not communicative regarding wait time. We waited so long we decided to order to go at the bar. The bartenders were amazing though.

The seafood rice and Crab Rangoon were delicious. However, the crab cakes were not tasty at all. The music and vibe was 10/10. Our waitress was not the best. She was pretty forgetful and didn't check on our table often. So if we needed something, it'll be 20+ min until you see her again.

I came here for brunch on a Sunday. The food and drinks were good. I got the lollipop lampchops that I loved. My friend got the chicken and waffles and she didn’t care for it. My drink was the hibiscus margarita and it was delicious.I would def come back. The cons were… the music was so ridiculously loud you couldn’t really carry a convo with people. The waitress (although she was super sweet) disappeared for long periods of time. Too long. And there are only 2 bathrooms so it was a line to go.

I celebrated my birthday here with my cousins I will say our waiter Carlos was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating! The ambiance of the facility was nice just a little to dim for my liking for dinner at 6:00p it seems like they love the nighttime/lounge vibe all day. The hostess were not that friendly or accommodating but having Carlos as a waiter made up for that experience! I do wish they had more vegan options and more cocktails options. Please add vegan dessert options there are literally none available to select. I do plan to return soon overall it was a pretty great experience! ?✨

It would be an understatement to say I was disappointed. I came here to celebrate my birthday because I had read such fantastic reviews online but was quite unhappy with how my birthday turned out. When I made my reservation for my birthday on April 20 in late March, I requested to be sat at a booth and the birthday package. Neither of those tasks were carried out. When I approached the hostess, she told me she could not seat me in a booth. In my opinion, this is incredibly unprofessional because a request should be accommodated if made WEEKS in advance. Furthermore, if someone is celebrating a particular occasion, they should prioritize all requests the PAYING consumer could have (especially when asked for in advance). Not only that, but I had to wait 30 MINUTES to be seated. The point of a reservation is to avoid having to wait at all. After we were seated, the hostess led us downstairs to a basement lounge, where the stench was so overpowering that I felt like throwing up. Furthermore, the music was so loud that I could not even hear myself think. The food is mediocre at best, and the customer service is nearly terrible. If you're looking for something trashy, then I may suggest this for you. Thanks, Mei Mei, for ruining my birthday.
