I've lived in the neighborhood for many years. You have always been my #1 place for pizza. But, my recent experience has changed my mind. I ordered on my phone. For some reason, I assumed the "Slice" method of ordering was my only choice. (I see now that it is not.) A few things that I questioned: 1) the receipt on my pizza box said the price was $11.50 but the menu price says $12.50. 2) the receipt on my fries said the price was $4.00 but he menu price says $4.75. 3) I was charged $3.45 for a "Support Local Fee". I don't know what this is and, apparently, I didn't have a choice about paying it. 4) Why was I given a 5% discount? 5) To my great surprise, the pizza (Capricciosa) was mediocre. In the past your pizza has always been superior. Maybe most of this is because I was using an outside "service" and was unaware of it. But, the whole thing is confusing/misleading to me. It used to be much easier to buy a pizza. If I decide to give you another chance, I will definitely order my pizza in person. Hope you will try to do better. Thanks

Honestly, i couldn't ask for a more appealing pizza place. The staff are very friendly and considerate to the customers, the food is always 10/10 value, and the atmosphere is always clean. This place is probably placed as one of my top 3 favorite pizza spots in the city.

Served was great. They said 60- 80 mins, arrived in 20. With that said the Gluten free pizza was under cooked and had too much sauce. It tasted like Schar premade Gluten Free crust. Potato pizza was fine.

Pizzeria Pesto....how I love you. You had me a white pizza with ricotta. You are my go to on a Friday. I brought a pie up to my 97 year old Italian Aunt a state away and she also couldn't stop raving about it even though it was hours old and reheated. The crust is cris, and there is the right balance of toppings. Cooked just right. You make my heart sing, and my tummy full.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and overall service! This place is seriously underrated and needs to be more popular! They were very attentive and had lovely food! My favorite was the pesto pasta(it was creamy and saucy) the lemon cake (it was light and so good with the right amount of lemon), and the pesto pizza ( the crust was just right and the cheese was amazing)! Again thank you!

I have been looking for a decent pizza place near east passyunkPesto is my favorite. The pizza was great quality and a reasonable price. My girlfriend and I also enjoy the Italian resturant next door and vallaro's bakery as well. The owners run a great business.

They bake there rolls on site, best bread I ever had. Pizza is terrific, friendly service, great sandwiches and meals. Homemade rice balls and onion rings, great place to take my family, the prices are reasonable, we go or order from pizzeria Pesto a lot. 5 stars. When we order it’s always pretty fast and the food arrives hot and fresh ????

Some position changed hands a few months back and finished product of the food went down. Not the quality of the food, just to be clear. Red sauce tastes off now. Center of the pie is watery and undercooked or something. The sandwiches are no better. Went from ordering twice a week to maybe once a month now if that. Seriously hoping a manger reads this and tries the food randomly like I do hoping for the old pie I used to brag about so I can take this post down.

Some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had, zero flavor. Ordered 3 things, each worse than the next.
