“This is fresh and hot , great chicken and rice with 2 kinds of rice , I eat this every day, all food is cooked and sourced by the owner and his brother chicken is fresh and not little red squares like premade stuff , he cooks and cuts chicken right in front of you , there’s a big lineup every day so it’s best to call in your order for quick in and out , if you like fish , his is out of this world good , can’t wait for deliver so just call and go get it , tell him (Kahn) that mike sent you for extras on your order , try this if you like spicy food or just good food quickly“

“Good stuff! My brother put me on these guys and now I'm a fan of their combo (chicken & fish) over rice for $9 and you get w free drink. Come check this place out! During the day, usually there are 3 carts, SPHF is the one in the middle.“

“I would give this place an infinite amount of stars if it were possible. When me and my friends lived around here, we loved hitting this Halal cart up on Friday nights. We even made the occasional pilgrimage there once we lived in separate places around Philly.Majit (and later Salman) always whipped up the freshest food, had a smile on their face, and were glad to talk with us. “Visiting family in Philly and wanted to try a halal Philly Cheesesteak. Had some In The Uk with varied quality. Saad’s is way way ahead. Big, juicy, very very tasty. Reasonably priced, staff are lovely. Place is set up like a diner and kept very very clean. We are here a few times during our trip, tried others but had to come back. Eat j. And takeaway service is good. My recommendations. Cheesesteak with mushrooms, kofta hoagie. Had a chat with Saad, nice guy. Looked after us.“

“Last Friday, we casually ordered 2 sandwiches with absolutely no idea how delicious they were about to be.Having a food allergy, I shy away from food trucks. This one was a treat! Hands down, the Italian pork was something you dream about and brisket was to die for!!!Can't wait to visit again. Bring your appetite! Generous portions.“

“Fast, tasty, fresh, and a couple dollars less than the competition. Very friendly couple of guys running the cart.Had the lamb chicken combo salad and picked up a fish over rice platter for my husband. He said the quality of the fish was the best he's ever had from a cart. I enjoyed my combo but the lamb was definitely the tastier of the proteins and super tender. I'll probably go lamb only next time.“
