We finally stopped by in the afternoon one day to grab a quick late brunch, and really enjoyed our experience! The cafe was really bustling and busy, obviously a local favorite. I had the bananas fosters crepe and it was amazing, truly recommend ordering it and getting a side of home fries. My husband had a breakfast sandwich and he loved it! The service was fast and the owner even came by to check on everyone in the cafe, bringing a cannoli (which was amazing) for each table....read full review
We had a ladies day out and went to this amazing Albanian restaurant serving authentic dishes named Two Eagles Cafe at 1401 South 20th Street. Parked directly in front of restaurant. Not only is the food delicious but the seating and service is impeccable. It is a cozy family owned restaurant and the owners are a lovely couple named Nadire and Rudi who was present, welcoming, hard working with good conversation. Loved this place back in the day. Great neighborhood spot. Great staff. Clean. Unfortunately haven’t been able to return in years because they don’t offer vegan options besides avocado toast. Hoping they one day at tofu scramble eggs, or “just egg” and maybe like vegan sausage, vegan butter etc. of course not expecting them to reinvent the menu but having a couple of vegan options would really open up their market more
