A qaint lil cafe we discovered while visiting Charleston...Reservations are recommended,eat in or outside dining....I had the Cru burger and my spouse had Gen Tao's chicken....Both were very good,service was excellent....We'd go there again the next time we visit!!!

An absolutely incredible spot! The food was incredible and well portioned for the price. The service was amazing! Sally ensured we had a good time! I highly recommend making reservations for this place since it is quickly becoming an uncovered gem. I had the steak and it was AMAZING! This is a sure spot to check out for birthdays, anniversaries or when family comes to town!

Reservations are a must. We got the soft shell crab salad (special of the day) and the Shrimp BLT. Fried Green Tomatoes with chicharron & chèvre were a perfect appetizer. Mimosas were excellent. We sat inside but the outdoor seating looked great & comfortable. Menu spans from lighter fare to burgers and steak.

We LOVED it! Our server, a gal named Kara, talked up the soft shell crab and we ordered it as our starter. It rocked our world. She really lead us through an awesome meal. A great experience, can't wait to return.

From the moment we arrived it was great. The hostess seated us promptly and our server was at the table within seconds. She gave us detailed information on the beer selections and the entrees.The place was busy, but our food came out pretty quickly. Everything was excellent!We sat outside & the area was very attractive.
Ooooooh, you must try their soft shell crab salad! These amazing seasonal delicacies are full of flavor and sooooo delicious! ? We couldn't resist the dessert selections and the creamcicle flavored/orange sherbet cake and cheesecake (which were ordered with good intentions "to go") were devoured in seconds! ? Service was excellent and we really enjoyed our server, Kara. ❤️
We were visiting from out of town on 4/3 and we had a reservation, but simply chose to leave before we sat down because we felt unwelcome. This was not southern hospitality. It had more of a northeast “soup Nazi” feel to it. I wish I could make this review private to avoid hurting y’all’s ratings and will probably delete this once I know someone has read it. Be nicer. We are foodies and we understand running a restaurant can be stressful. You don’t want to act like you’re doing people a favor by giving them a seat. Your food cannot possibly be good enough to justify the poor treatment by the hostess. And usually poor quality food goes along with poor treatment, so we left.
