Spent barely two days in town and had to come here twice. Best customer service, maybe in the whole state. Food so fresh and so perfect. Bubbles drink great too! Thank you!

The picture does not do it justice! This is the best poke bowl I’ve had since I used to live in Oakland, CA years ago in Chinatown. So good, so flavorful, so fresh. Every bite had flavor and crunch and that umami bite. Delicious!

Amazing service, awesome food and reasonably priced. I went there the first day of stay and it was so good that we went there again today and plan to go on our last day in Charleston. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for fresh, customizable poke you are at the right place! Poke Tea House is a delicious, family owned restaurant, and I always experience positive customer support. There are many options for boba tea as well.

I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and kind. Honestly, my only slight complaint was that the Boba (bubbles) were just a little chewy instead of a nice soft Boba I've experienced before. I ended up getting coffee milk tea and the flavor was very good! I went in the afternoon around 3pm so it could have just been at the end of a cook cycle.Parking: Pay by mobile app Parking lot is across the street, uncovered.

The honeydew drink was okay, not too sweet but could taste a little less water down. In my poke bowl I got spicy salmon/tuna, mango, cucumber, salmon, and tamago with spicy mayo. To my surprise, the mango was sweet. They were generous with their portions and the seafood was delicious. I could do a little spicier on everything but that's just me.

I've been coming for at least three years and never disappoint! One of my favorite places with always fresh ingredients! Staff is always friendly and very attentive!

I'm not sure why people open restaurants just to make them look and operate like a teenagers bedroom. I love poke, but I don't accept substandard and bland meals that cost.Turns out you don't even order a meal here. You just scribble what you want on a note, and they add it up into the machine. I got a pretty regular bowl with minimal sides because you're limited at every single turn. The food wasn't anything spectacular. I didn't finish the half hearted bowl and left to get a better lunch down the street. The interior is just boxes of stuff stacked everywhere, so it feels very cluttered to exist in the space. Not worth it.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats. It arrived fast and still warm. Awesome so far. But I paid an extra $3 for the eel and overall paid $19.25 for my bowl. It wasn't even filled up, it was so disappointing. It was halfway filled. Yesterday I paid $17 at Chipotle and got a WHOLE BURRITO BOWL stuffed to brim the with the cover on.Could have at least put more rice to make it look full?I love Poke Tea House but I won't be ordering from here anymore. At this point they are just ripping you off, I'd rather wait at Chipotle than to come away with less than what I'm paying for.
