“The menudo and the bandeja paisa are my top choices! The vibes in this establishment made me feel comfortable especially with owner who’s always there to greet and attend to customers. The decorations were beautiful especially the painting. I also recommend the agua de horchata which was very refreshing, as well as the flan which was a great dessert. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely come back.“

“While visiting a friend in Columbia, she suggested we do brunch at Publico on Sunday before I left. We chose the Bull St. locatio, which is the newer location. It's in a revitalized area, so there is construction still being completed in some areas. Very nice development and the restaurant was easy to find with street parking. Inside was spacious with a large bar area and outdoor patio seating as well. The staff was very friendly and made great suggestions on food and drinks. All I can say i that if you've never been, then add it to your list. I will be returning when I visit the area again. Here's what we ordered. Meal: Brunch Tower $50 Enough for 4 people... literally! Includes turkey sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries, pancakes, french toast, chicken and puffle, chilaquiles, breakfast tacos, hot mess. The Hot Mess is Chickiboom's Hot Chicken on an open faced sandwich with avocado, bacon, sriracha aioli, sunny-side egg, and cilantro and it's served with home fries. The Chilaquiles is Braised Springer Mountain shredded chicken over salted corn tortille chips with cotija cheese, salsa verde, sunny-side egg, avocado crema, pickled red onions, and cilantro. Drinks: Girl Scout Cookie Espresso Martini Flight It included Thin Mint, Samoa, Do Si Do, and Classic. A Nutty Buddy cookie was subbed for the Do Si Do because they were out, but it was a good substitute. The flight was very tasty! Heavy on the espresso and alcohol, but in a good way. Since it was just the two of us, we had plenty to split as leftovers. I had enough for dinner later that evening and breakfast the next day. This is truly a steal of a meal deal! Highly recommend it and the flight. 10/10 recommend and look forward to dining here again soon.“

“Publico is a staple in Columbia and I always love when I get to go! The service is always consistent along with the food quality. One of my favorite things to get is their waterline margarita. It's super cute casual spot in Five Points. There's mainly street parking but I've never had an issue finding any on a Saturday. I highly recommending coming especially if you have a group friends that can't decide on what kind of food they want. Publico is very diverse!“

“OMG...... the best authentic tacos Every!!! I had 2 of the cabeza tacos(beef cheeks) 1 beef tongue taco and a pastore carne taco. The food literally melts in your mouth. Best kept Hispanic food in the state. The ladies in the Resturant was Great! Very friendly. Make sure you take your phone with the translator if you have any questions. They attempted to translate my questions on their phone, just best to use yours. The Resturant is very very clean“
