Friendliest staff ever! Welcomed our large party at the door, very respectful, checked to make sure everything was okay, friendly to the young'un, and clean. The staff were happy and staying busy. They engaged with us multiple times. The manager, Latoya, took the time to show my 8 year old nephew with Autism where to find the restroom. Best dine in experience at a McDonald's ever! Truly good customer service ?.
Typically I would've given this location in particular no stars if it were possible. The last visit me and my daughter had there, the drive through kibe was not a long wait, which is rare. My 3 year old was upset because her fries were warm and not fresh, I was able to speak with the manager (Steve) as he was the first person I saw and he took care of it immediately. Not sure about McDonald's in general. Food is just ok, kids like it, and that's ok.. but more importantly, the ice cream machine is always down... This is an issue that has been going on for years.. McDonald FIX IT...
