“The milkshake was a disappointment. Usually they have thick delicious milkshakes. This caramel chocolate fudge shake was missing the caramel & tasted more like an icemilk shake rather than an ice cream shake...very thin watery with very little taste. The service was good.“

“The time is 9:19 PM and I am at the Sonic drive through restaurant on Broad River Road. In all honesty the restaurant made a mistake on my order instead of giving me three hotdogs they gave me three hamburgers. I spoke with the manager and she took immediate ownership of the issue and resolve it by providing the three hotdogs are originally ordered, and allowing us to keep the three hamburgers that they preparedA restaurant really has great leader ship when they can take ownership of a problem and get, it solved.The Managers name is Kimberly.“
