I had the worst experience (customer service) at this location. Me and my coworkers did a group order through Bite Squad. When we received the order, we discovered that a meal was missing. We tried calling the phone several times, did not get an answer. So I left work to go there. When I got there, I explained to the cashier that an order was missing. I gave him the order and order number which was on a sticky note. He took it from me and handed it to another employee and was trying to explain to her what was going on. Then he came back to the cash register and stood there. I asked is she going to make the order that was missing. He then left to ask her. She came to the register and told me that I’ll have to get in touch with bite squad. I told her that bite squad delivered the food, but I do not have one of my meals. She then told me they were out of chicken. I asked her how are y’all out of chicken. She said they’ve been busy all morning. I said okay. I then called back to my job to see if the person wanted something else. He said no, just get a refund. So I stood to the side while on the phone, I observed the cashier that told me there was no chicken take an order that included chicken. Then she told another customer that they’re out of chicken. She started whispering something in her coworker’s ear. I went back to the cashier that told me they did not have any chicken and asked for a refund. She asked how did I order. I told her through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app. She said I am unable to get a refund. She goes to a little screen then ask me what name is it under. I told her I don’t think it’s under a name, I have the order number. She said she’s only able to look it up by name. I told her the name it may be possibly under. Then I saw another employee walking pass. I asked him is he the one that took the order for my job. I explained to him that I did not have the Chipotle Chicken Club meal. He kindly made the meal for me. So the girl, don’t know her name (she’s African American), lied about not having chicken to me and several other people. I spent 30 minutes for a situation that could’ve have been handled in 5 minutes. It was the lying and disrespect for me. Then she told me to fight her as I was walking out the door.
