Food was terrific. We sat at the Raw Bar and April was a great bartender. The oysters I had were fresh and perfect ... but our shucker IVAN was amazing and friendly he made our night. Only thing keeping this from a perfect 5 was that I felt the martini was a little bit overpriced. 
I used to live on IOP and hadnt been to Long Island Cafe for three years. I think that the fried shrimp and flounder are the best anywhere and to my delight they were as good or better than ever! You can count on the food here being fresh and prepared with constancy and quality

First time at LICafe'. I believe we have a new favorite! Undoubtedly the best seafood ever eaten! We tried the Fried Shrimp and the Crab Stuffed Grouper. Both were to die for. Ordered the Crème Brûlée for dessert...another winner. The best ever. Have already made another reservation for later in the week.
