“Absolutely wonderful!! From ahi appetizer to main courses: crab encrusted grouper (!) And scallops and flounder to mud pie. Why have we never ate here before in all our trips to Charleston. No need to go downtown to get a 5 star meal. Everyone was delightful and great service from Alicia. Celebrating a late birthday. HOME RUN!“

“We had a wonderful experience at dinner last night! We were looking at the tables surrounding us for ideas and everyone's dinner looked scrumptious. We both had grouper with creamy grits and I'm picky about my grits. They were perfect!! Our server was experienced and very attentive. It was our first visit to the restaurant and we will definitely return several times before we leave the island.“

“I had a couple of girlfriends in town and wanted to take them somewhere that we could sit outside by the beach to have mimosas and oysters. Colin was our server and he was amazing! He set the tone for a such a fun stop in our day. He was attentive even when all of his other tables filled up. I already know I’m going to go back but if I see Colin working, I will ask to be seated with him!“

“In a foodie city like Charleston, Coda Del Pesce stands at the top of the pack all its own. Always great food, lovely service and a gorgeous restaurant both inside and out -- heck of a view at sunset. Can be a bit pricey but worth it! (PS: I miss Trattoria Lucca every single day)“

“This is a very happening place with beautiful views on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The Islander 71 staff was attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. The menu was simple and had a nice variety of proteins. I would dine here again when in town.(Con: I asked our server twice for crushed red pepper and received no condiment nor a response)“

“We started with the Shuck and Savor experience. Chef Thalita Smith and Manager Sydney were amazing in explaining the oysters, the procurement process, and the wine in pairing with them. We learned so much! Then we went for dinner and were amazed again! Manager Dana was able to seat us right away. She was so attentive! Chef Thalita is so good at what she does! She was so personable and knowledgeable. Our server, Nick was so on top of things and his demeanor made our whole experience amazing! By the way - his chocolate milk made our son smile! The oysters were amazing, the Asian salad was so refreshing, the kids chicken strips for our son were huge, and the dessert-ASTOUNDING!Thank you! We can’t wait to visit again!“

“If you're over 30, consider somewhere else. If you're wanting drinks, a semi-wild time and beach views, this is a good place. If you want beach views, good food with good service and low-key atmosphere, not this place. Really nothing that wrong with it, it just wasn't for me.“

“We had the restaurant week menu. The food was delicious but the portions for dinner and dessert were extremely small (a small plate portion). I'm not sure if that was due to restaurant week or if the portions are always that small. Definitely not worth the money for the portion size. Unfortunate, because the food was very good. The staff was terrific and the service was great.“

“My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Boathouse last night. Same place we celebrated 26 years ago. I had the special NY Strip and my wife had the scallops special. We started with the crispy calamari. The food was outstanding. I was concerned about getting steak at a place more know for fresh seafood but it was best I’ve had in a long time!! Some sort of nice glaze. The calamari and scallops were equally delicious. Service was spot on and the manager checked in on us and comped us a Crème Brûlée that melted in your mouth. Great experience!! Thank you!“

“Acme Lowcountry Kitchen delivered a delightful dining experience with their succulent prime rib, which was an absolute highlight. The waiter's friendly demeanor added a warm touch to our meal, making us feel very welcome. Although my severe nut allergy prevented me from trying any fried items, this limitation didn't detract from my overall enjoyment. It's worth noting that the restaurant is quite popular, so making a reservation in advance is highly recommended. Despite the dietary restriction, the menu had plenty of options to ensure a satisfying meal.“
