“Truly outstanding! I have visited Charleston for years, and yes there are good restaurants downtown, BUT Grace and Grit is equal or tops them!! We dined twice, and both times the food is exquisitely executed, so fresh, flavors created with great care, service each time over the top excellent! The manager came over and was truly a gem! He cares so much for the patrons, restaurant and staff, and it shows! Facility is spotless, modern, and very inviting. Lots of choices for beverages, and bourbon lovers will be ecstatic with 400 choices! Try the local appetizer clams, I am still craving them they are so good! We are from Florida, and their key lime pie is better than the original in Key West, and honestly other places I have had in Florida. Loved everything, from salad, to clams, oysters, fish all so fresh, and my husband had their pork chop that was also beyond excellent! This is our new favorite place first over anything famous downtown. Don't pass up- you will be sorry you missed. Location just a minute over the bridge, no challenges for parking as free large lot.“

“The atmosphere was good. The staff was amazing. The food was good however it seems like their food has become very spicy. The seafood mac and cheese was not like it used to be.. I like it better before. Page's Okra Grill Please Stop changing the recipe of your entrees because people like it the way that it was.... Food is still good but just a bit spicy. Also you all need to expand there's always such a long wait and way too small on the inside.Parking: Need more parking areasKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“

“Ate her twice during our trip to Charleston, and recommend it to anyone. Starting with great she crab soup through a good selection of drinks, appetizers and entrees, we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The mussels were excellent, and the seafood platter is a welcome change from commercial fried fare.“

“Ordered the soft shell crab special… it was HUGE! Got two of them along with risotto and broccoli. We had good service but witnessed a few customers coming up to staff saying they needed service at their table. Otherwise we were just fine. Husband got the new Tuna bowl… which was also amazing. I will say my soft soft crab special, being $49.95, should have been disclosed ahead of time (the cost.) I probably would have still ordered as the dish was a ton of food but for others, maybe something to consider. I wish I snapped a pic of it. Broccoli was cooked PERFECTLY and the risotto was sooo good. It had corn and asparagus cuts in it. Amazing. Overall, great experience, with friendly staff.“

“I've been here several times now, the workers definitely recognize me haha. I've brought in different friends each time and hopefully I'll be able to bring my bf here one day when it comes down to Charleston. Every time I come here the food is delicious! I will for sure be coming here or ordering take out from here once a month at the very least! These photos are from the times I've come here and tried something different.“

“Absolutely delicious! We were so lucky to find Crave on our last night in Mount Pleasant. Perfect ending to our trip. Abigail was a delightful waitress and very helpful. From the sweet potato bread with honey butter, pan-seared cod on hummus with spring vegetables, the Mediterranean salad, and chocolate/peanut butter dessert, we were in food heaven. Even the Sea Island spiced Rum and coke were perfect. Expensive, but worth every penny. We would be eating here frequently if we lived in the Charleston area.Vegetarian options: Several salad options as well as appetizers.Dietary restrictions: My husband and I are diabetic and try to watch carb intake. We are also vegetarian. I didn't do as well because I had to try dessert. However, there were quite a meals that met our needs and we were happy.Parking: Crave is in a cute shopping development. There was parking in front as well behind the restaurant. There was a entrance in the back so that you don't have to walk around to the front door in inclement weather.“

“A month ago, was able to reserve dinner for a big group of 20.Arrived this past Tuesday and Travis Parys (G.M.) did a great job in helping coordinate the 2 tables, staff (our server was Whitney and she did fantastic-sadly I can't remember the name of other gentleman at 2nd table). Everyone was thrilled with the drinks, service and excellent food. All stated they would return. Thanks for helping me make the start of our 3 day adventure in Charleston so perfect.“

“Our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Red Drum was truly exceptional, and I can't praise it enough. Every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations. The staff was not only professional but also warm and friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed. The food was outstanding, receiving numerous compliments for both its variety and quality. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making us feel at ease throughout the entire event. Words can't express how pleased we were with our experience. Red Drum has certainly won us over as lifelong patrons, and I'll confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.Parking: Not a ton of parking at the restaurant, but plenty of on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.“

“The food here is amazing Lowcountry seafood! We tried a variety of different options from the menu including grouper, shrimp, scallops, oysters, boiled peanuts and she crab soup and all of it was 10/10. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a lowkey place to eat great seafood.“

“Absolutely amazing! Adam our server was awesome and very knowledgeable! The hostesses were very welcoming! The bone in ribeye, the wine suggestions from Adam, the green beans, whipped potatoes, soft shell crab, and the wedge salad were all absolutely perfect!! I don’t think you can go wrong here and would come back regularly if I lived here. If I had one complaint at all was the bartender could have been more friendly, but we all have bad days. Great job overall!“

“This place feels like where the locals eat! It was huge with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The cocktails were a little disappointing but the raw oysters and great service more than made up for them. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive. We were there as the sunset and got some great views of that!“

“Had a wonderful lunch here. The patio's views are great, as are the views from inside if you want something cooler. The food was very good, portions large and filling! As for the service, some of the most personable and best service I've had in a long time! Wish every meal out was as enjoyable as this one was.“

“Very good food. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would be nice to have a few vegetarian options. We plan on returning again soon.Vegetarian options: Not too much for vegetarian. Really only five was salad and one of the pasta dishes. It's possible they could have made something off menu but we did not ask about that option. The for was very good though.“
