We attended a Freemark Abbey wine dinner at FortyEight Wine Bar & Kitchen in April. The food was outstanding as was the service and ambience. The wine and food pairings were delicious. That being said, they served two beef entrees with red wines. I probably would have paired the last cabernet with a chocolate dessert. We also had lunch there on another day, sat outside and had a tasty lunch. Highly recommend FortyEight!
Interesting place. I wish I was more of a wine drinker because it looks like the place to be if I was Nice slate of beers though.Nice service with a genuine welcome.Food was pub like. My burger was delicious.Look forward to going back

The food was incredibly tasty and delicious. You will be hard pressed to find food as fresh and scrumptious on the island as this was! We enjoyed our experience here and service was wonderful as well.
