Went here for lunch walked in the door had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Sat down. Had a hour for lunch almost a hour went by and no food completely unacceptable. Service no hurry what’s so ever

I made a pickup order and went to the takeout counter and stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone bothered to show up. The food was cold before I even started going home and I will never go here again.

We stopped for lunch on Sunday 4/28 & we were seated right away but the waitress was absolutely terrible she didn’t even come see us until about 10 minutes after being seated, & the restaurant was not even busy to be understanding on the wait time. Once she came over we were already ready to order but she asked what we wanted to drink we told her & she immediately walked away & I said we are ready to order then she doesn’t even come back for almost another 10 minutes with the drinks by this time I’m aggravated & my wife told me not to be rude to her because she was an older lady that stated she was “new”. So once she finally took our order we ordered lunch & appetizers & the appetizers didn’t even come out until AFTER our food came out so from the time we were seated until the food came out was almost an hour keeping in mind there was only a few tables with customers in the whole restaurant. The manager came around and asked how was everything & I was brutally honest with him & he gave me the vibe that he didn’t care about the complaints & he said oh she’s new I’ll talk to her. When a restaurant manager that dresses in clothes 2 sizes bigger then him & his response was less then caring about the customer makes you not want to go back. The so called manager knew I was angry as well as the waitress totally unprofessional in my opinion & if the new waitress can’t handle 3-4 tables then she shouldn’t be a server. This was at the Tanger Outlet location in North Charleston, SC.

If I had done this review yesterday I would’ve said the food was excellent but unfortunately my daughter got a stomach ache 30 minutes after she ate and it hit me in the middle of the night and we shared the Nashville hot wings. I also had a bacon ranch wrap and it was OK however shrink flation has definitely hit Buffalo Wild Wings. However, I want to end this on a good note so my wife got a burger and it was so good. She wanted me to even try a bite and I loved it. It was excellent.

Did a pick up a while back. Worst experience ever. People were so rude. Literally no one in the whole restaurant. And just pick up orders waited at the front counter and the lady who worked there blatantly ignored me and gave me attitude. To add it the order was wrong snd cold and my drink was watered down completely. Manager even came out and said it’ll be a wait and looked at my husband I and rolled his eyes. We ordered our food on DoorDash 20 minutes before and we were there for almost an hour. It was also about a $70 dollar order. Save your money and don’t come. Or at least don’t do take out. We’ve never come back and go to Wingstop now. Way better for your buck and taste wise. Better staff and better management. Everyone there needed an attitude check and to not be working in customer service. I don’t recommend going here at all.

Well I'll share not just my experience but several people is in there to watch the fight tonight UFC 300 the main event soon as the fight started they just shut off the TVs and told us we had to get out
Food and service have become a major issue with BWW. Never seem to have enough staff and one they do have provide poor customer service.

We got attitude when they had to put tables together… we finally sat down… 20 minutes waiting, multiple waitresses passing us, INCLUDING the manager… don’t come if you’re ready to be past up for other customers and ignored.
