Hamburger bun burnt Hamburger burnt onion rings had half the breading on them. They told us the slow up was the bridge run done hours ago and the stingrays game witchwad 3 hours away service was so slow.

Last time we were here was months before Covid. Today we decided to have dinner before we head up to the Airport and boy Jim 'N Nick's has changed. We had the brisket plate that was ~6oz for $21 and half rack of baby backs for $18. Brisket was super dry even for it being marbled. Baby Backs were slightly tough and cold. I can't complain about the service because Amber our waitress, was the bar tender serving not just the bar but about 6 or 7 other tables. She did the best she could so no complains on her. I'm just disappointed on the quality of food for today but, I will be back in the near future. Hoping that it was just a one off because I know this place has good food. So those reading this don't be too discouraged, this is a good establishment just possibly a bad night. (4/5/24) ate around 630pm. The wait wasn't too bad. Was told 5-10 mins but actual wait time was 22 minutes.

The LONGEST experience in a drive thru I have EVER had in my life! I waited 45 min just for my order to be taken, and another 15 min to get my order. They LITERALLY process one car all the way through before taking the next order!!

Lanaye the manager there was awesome! Waited in line for the second time this week over 30 mins each time. Person taking orders at the window seemed to not be taking orders the first time, so I had to pull around and place my order at the window the first time.Same wait with no response at the window happened again tonight. Person taking the order wasn’t really helpful, but Lanaye came with professionalism to the rescue. I even left a decent tip after thanks to his patience and understanding.

This place has gone downhill for quite some time. The table was dirty, and a drink was spilled and not cleaned up, so my daughter got soaked. Food took an hour to be delivered to our table with some items not deli ered until we were leaving.When I went to the restroom, I could see it in the kitchen area. It was disgusting. How has the state not been called in about how unsanitary this place is?Don't take my word for it,give it a try.
Was told they're NOT pet friendly tho it says online they are. Just a heads up for the rest of y'all dog owners!

Came to Jim and nicks on my lunch break to grab a quick salad to go. Went through the drive thru and was stuck for over an hour waiting for a salad!! Then when I opened my salad box I was in shock because there was about 5 pieces of lettuce in total.. used to come here all the time because I love their BBQ salad. But I can’t justify a $17 salad if I’m only getting a few pieces of lettuce….

First time eating here and it was great. Pulled chicken, pulled pork and ribs all smoked and very tasty. No need for an appetizer, they bring out these amazing cheddar busquits. Service was quick even with a crowd. Will be back.
