It's definitely a different experience than what I was used to. There are no utensils unless asked. It's not all that bad it makes for a More amusing time when with a group. The portion sizes match the price, the food was cooked perfectly, and music was loud enough to enjoy but low enough to not ruin conversation. I believe our server was Jalzeera, apologies if it's misspelled, he was AWESOME! He was attentive and caring and fun. Food was good. Facility had sticky floors as we walked to and from our table and TV was on a bloody violent show, not what you want to see while eating and with kids.
