“Wasabi offers some of the freshest sushi I've had in years. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the chef clearly uses high-quality ingredients. Living in Boiling Springs I finally decided to look to see if there was anything closer. De Flavors came up by the Spartanburg YMCA and I was shocked. I called 50 minutes before closingto make sure they took phone orders as I couldn’t find any online menu.Placed an order for 2 orders of chicken tikka an order of butter chicken and 2 orders of garlic naan. Arrived at what appeared to be a little convenient store with front restaurant walk in, the atmosphere inside is not suited for sitting and eating but for pick up only. I waited 20 minutes for my food and was on my way $62 later.*My fault (no pictures attached of the food) all very bright, colorful and fragrant. My orders feed 5 and we still have left over chicken tikka, rice and naan. The flavor was so good a little spicer than what I like but I was able to manage and my husband was nothing but pleased. My craving was more than satisfied and I will be back very soon.Vegetarian options: As you can see in the menu he has many vegetarian options as well as vegan. Met a woman picking up her vegan meal while I waited and she stated she and her husband are regulars.Dietary restrictions: Many optionsParking: Although there are very few parking spots in front of the restaurant there is also plenty of parking beside the building and building sharing the lot.”

“We reserved the patio for my daughter's 21st birthday and I just want to say it was amazing. The service was great. We never were without drinks, the servers were always available and they always had a smile on their face. The food was fantastic. Even with a party that size we didnt have a long wait for our food. “I have been twice recently and have not been disappointed by the food or beers! I’ve had the fried Phunky Chicken Sandwich and the Buff Puppies. The chicken was much larger than the bun which provided a few challenges but I would go back any time just for the Buff Puppies. The smash burgers are pretty tasty as well! It can be a little loud at times, but doesn’t make it impossible to talk and have a great time. I will definitely be going back.”

My wife had amd they had Dungeness on the menu this visit.Maaaaaaannnnnnn........Forget about it.If you like Crab, do not hesitate to get that Dungeness in yo belly.Anyway, people in Spartanburg and the surrounding area get your tails into this restaurant and order some food. This place should be busy every day it opens. Especially on the weekends.Kid-friendliness: As for the kiddos, there is a very nice coy pond located in the center of the restaurant. As well as numerous decorations of the pirate orientation hung from any area that had a space to fill. Very Myrtle Beach seafood house feeling in my opinion. But better food.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access to the door as well as seating close to that door as well.”

“My family went here for a late lunch Sunday. we had a salad with turkey, smoked chicken and ribs. So little bit of everything I would say. Food was good, the chicken was juicy and the ribs were tender. The banana pudding was just ok but not bad if you know what I mean. So the cons and none of it really horrible there was a hypodermic needle on the sidewalk. That was very bad sign of the times unfortunately. Also, I get wanting to be comfortable at work but one of the staff looked as if she rolled right out of bed for work and didn’t bother to wear a bra. I am sorry but if you are a bit more blessed in that area at least put on a tank top under your thin shirt because the nips were on full display. My husband and my teen son both noticed. It was just a bit much. So as I said nothing too horrible and nothing to do with the food as it was good, serving size was decent for the price.”

“Great pub! My wife and I were in town to see the symphony at Twitchell Auditorium on Sat, 4/20. The fish and chips and Hangover Pie were great. Unfortunately, I cannot remember our waitress' name, but we ate outside around 1:30ish and she had wavy hair and some cool Grateful Dead lightning earrings. She was amazing and very attentive. Would def go back!”

The waitress who helped me invited me to have a seat at one of their tables and even helped me by making some menu suggestions. They also served a generous portion of complementary chips and salsa while I waited. The mix fried rice was delicious and a refreshing twist of Latin Fusion. “Mike and I make an excuse to drive from Asheville, NC to Costco in Spartanburg, SC so we can have Sunday lunch at J&G's. Mike loves their fried chicken and I love their veggies, especially their fried okra and collard greens (I'm a vegetarian and they don't cook their veggies in meat or meat products!). From our first visit a few months ago and every visit since, everyone there, especially Bobby and John, make you feel like family. Mike has cancer so it's a good feeling to see him eat so well and enjoy himself so much. And don't forget the banana pudding...delicious!!”

The inside is pretty small with limited seating, but there was a bunch of seating outside. It was my turn to order and I opted for The Cherise and a bag of chips. Everything is al la carte. I had a water in the car, so while my sandwich was being made, I walked back to my car to get it. When I came back, I sat outside and waited for my sandwich to come out. I was able to eat almost a full bag of chips before it came. I may have been counting the minutes since I was really hungry, but it did seem to take awhile for it to come out. However, when it finally arrived, it was good and I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a pretty solid sandwich shop.”

We were also able to get samples to ensure we were served with the best bowls ever. She and I loved the atmosphere so much that we decided to work at the location. I live only 10 minutes from another location but I’ll be driving 30 extra minutes to this exact location just due to the great staff. To add, the owner was present at the time of our visit and he was extremely nice and helped the staff to make sure that we were well taken care of. I’m not a fan of what seems to be the new policy at all Starbucks putting straws where the customers cannot self serve. This is not only inconvenient for the customer but also the workers who have to stop what they’re doing to give you a straw. Maybe the app can add a feature to select a straw to be added for mobile orders. I can’t speak for the evening crew but the morning crew create a great experience for the customer. Thank you!”

For those who frequently dine here, don't fret as the staples we all know and love remain available. I ordered the country fried steak benedict biscuit with home fries. The description on the menu read nicely, but nothing compared to the wonderful presentation that arrived soon after ordering. The biscuit was halved and grilled with pepper jack cheese that was golden perfection. Each half was topped with the aforementioned steak, a poached egg topped with hollandaise sauce, and green chiles. This dish was amazing. The home fries were seasoned and well prepared. As great as the food was, the atmosphere was even better. Genuinely happy and polite personnel catered to all guests on site, one of whom (I think he was a manager) was a proud father of his newborn daughter. This experience was a wonderful way to start my day. I am so happy that the founder of the original location in Pawleys Island, SC, decided to grow the business with its expansion across SC several years ago. My only regret is that I failed to capture a photo of my meal. Go see it for yourself!”

Their drink machines were down, so instead of the regular $4 (no tip), we got bottled Diet Pepsis for a grand total of $8 The hot dog is actually pretty good, her pizza was loaded with ingredients and pretty fresh from the oven. Most times we've gone they have at least three pizza selections. They don't skimp on the slice size either. Their pretzels are crispy outside and fluffy and warm on the inside. For prices less than a convenience store, you'd think you'd be getting bad food, but Sam's does it right!”

“I love my Waffle House, food is most of the time good. I wish they would listen to me when making my eggs, I really don't like to see the white in my scrambled eggs. I ask them to please mix my eggs excessively while in the bowl (key to nice yellow fluffy eggs) but they never listen and I have to deal with hard scrambled eggs. Cooks need to at least know the basics of cooking techniques but it's the Waffle House so it is what it is. Also understanding griddle temperature is important as well so I won't have to deal with burnt and semi raw bacon at the same time. The parking lot requires a mandatory loop around the restaurant just to loop back into a sectioned off narrow lane they use as the drive through lane. That whole thing is just made worse by the fact that the parking lot as a whole is extremely undersized relative to the business they accumulate.”
