“My first visit to this gem was maybe on an unusual pretext -I am a stand-up comedian, and performed on a showcase there. The entire staff on duty were friendly and helpful, throughout my visit. I met the GM, who is outgoing and engaging with guests (and talent, too). The food I had (Cajun shrimp there; two desserts to-go, highly recommend the banana pudding) was well prepared, tasted great, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. I enjoyed some adult beverages, inside and outside during the show, and the bar team were knowledgeable and quick. There were some regulars there, who gave me great feedback about the comedy night at this spot, and several said they'd come back again. It is so rewarding to have a local East Tennessee business make such a welcoming space for the comedy community, and to have a mix of people out on a Tuesday night who appreciate some laughs with their dinner or drinks.I'll definitely be dining here again ?“

“My Husband and I came here on our vacation a couple of weeks ago to do a tasting with Mama Missy and we absolutely loved it. Missy was amazing, very sweet, kind and fun. We had dinner there after and it was amazing also, we will definitely be back when we visit again!“

“I am picky about bbq. We were in town for my teen son's birthday, and he asked for "good barbecue" for dinner. I looked around the area, and many places had mixed reviews. We asked a local, and they said Preacher's was the best and worth the drive. Let me tell you...it's some of the best I have EVER had. Rib meat falling off the bone, perfect pulled brisket, and amazing burnt ends. Nothing we ordered was any less than amazing. Our local source was right. Take the drive. It's about 20min outside Pigeon Forge and worth every minute. Far better than anything you can get on the main drag. My son and his friends were happy. And so was this guy. Will be going back next time I'm in the area.“

“Exceptional accomodations for a brewery. A large indoor bar & dining area; as well as; outdoor seating & corn hole. Kevin, the bar manager, was friendly &very helpful. The beers were also exceptional as well as the food. We had the brussel sprouts followed by the Chicken Planco & Nashville Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. Servings were generous & delicious. Prices were a deal, especially for a tourist town. Kevin & kitchen staff made for a great team. Clearly, Kevin has a personality & talent that are to be appreciated & valued. “Hands down the best food we got down in pigeon forge!!! The apple fritters were addictive, the julep was interesting in a good way. We all had a time figuring out what fruits were in it. I got the new chicken Alfredo and it was very tasty. They have great cheese and I don't get to say that much. The room was extremely loud but the food and waitress were top notch and made up for the noisy table screaming behind us.“

“We stayed locally for the three days and ate here twice. We would have eaten 3x but we didn’t hear about it on the first day! I struggled in TN with GF that wasn’t a salad. Here I got buckwheat crepes that were amazing. The first was a turkey one with unusual ingredients that tasted fantastic together. The next was a Nutella and fruit one. I was in heaven. My husband had their chicken and waffles then their French toast. He said the waffle was the best he has ever had and it could have been eaten it without syrup. “We stayed near Bec’s for three days and ended up going to Bec’s twice we loved it so much! The owner was so friendly and funny and shared so many stories with us. She also suggested other local places to enjoy if you wanted to decompress from the crazy downtown Gatlinburg. We met other locals & it was just such a friendly & laid-back environment. The first visit we just had drinks, so we went back the next day for dinner. Bec remembered us, what we drank & welcomed us right back in ~ just like her sign says, “Come as strangers, leave as friends” The cheeseburgers & Prime Rib sandwich were amazing, as were the fries! We definitely recommend stopping in!“

“Oh my I can't say enough about the service and the food it was amazing. Went to dinner and had the broccoli and cheese soup, meatloaf and mashed potatoes and the fried okra was sooo good not to mention the apple cake and apple cobbler. Oh the apple like hushpuppies and apple butter was amazing. We went back Sunday morning to eat breakfast and it was amazing as well and the apple pancakes were amazing.. do yourself a favor and eat there. The waitress staff was really nice and the atmosphere just gave it like eating at grandmas house.“

“The food was excellent and we had an awesome server. The atmosphere was exactly as you would expect. I would have given this 5 stars, but I had several issues with the hostess. We came in from the cold,we wanted to get a booth and have some coffee and an appetizer before meeting our family for dinner. They refused to seat us,there were at least 4 booths open, and I'm not sure how many tables, there was no one ahead of us and no one in line. So my 89 year old mother with a walker, and myself sat down in the front by the door with the cold air blowing in,on a hard bench and waited. When I asked her why we can't just take a booth, she said "company rules". Hmmm... I thought we had gotten away from the politics when looking for an out of the way, small, country place. All in all, the food made up for the lack of individuality.“

“Love going to Fuddruckers any chance we get. Unfortunately this one is now the closest one to us which is about 4 hours but the burgers were excellent as always. The fixings bar is always a highlight. Service was quick and friendly as well. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.“

“After a disappointing experience earlier, I saw the Five Oaks Farm Kitchen and decided to give it a try. I was NOT disappointed. As I looked over the menu I wanted to try everything offered but settled on meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & cornbread with a side of fried okra and was not disappointed. The food was prepared perfectly, was very tasty, and the portions were plentiful. “Halie was our server and she was great. The service was great and friendly staff we got the grilled chicken, fried chicken tenders, roast Beef platter, and a corn dog. It was all great had a small complaint but the manager came and was great they take suggestions and comments very well. This is one of the two of my most favorite restaurants to eat at in this area.“

“Been here going on 6 years and never had a chop steak (hamburger). Always went with filet mignon and lobster tail. The burger blew me away, awesome taste and brioche bun, the bacon, mushrooms and the rest were amazing. It comes with some really good fries and dipping sauces. Prices are reasonable and service is great. Gonna have this meal again.“

“We had a great experience on our vacation for spring break. The server was very sweet just the food I was not that happy with I asked for my pancakes light and fluffy and they came out burnt and crispy so I had to send them back. I'm not one to complain just could not eat them like that at all. Also my son got a waffle with chocolate chips with strawberries and NO whip cream, well they sprinkled chocolate chips over his waffle instead of them in the batter and still put whipped cream on top. Oh well we really liked the server she was very very sweet and had our needs met, so thank you so much!!! Overall we enjoyed it!!! ?“
