“The ice cream is great! The employees were all polite and they offer samples if you're not sure what you want. I got the pumpkin pie ice cream, and it was delicious. The portions are big for the price. The baked goods looked delicious. Limited indoor seating. If the weather is nice, you'll wanna sit outside anyway. There's plenty of seating outdoors.“

“Hands down the best food we got down in pigeon forge!!! The apple fritters were addictive, the julep was interesting in a good way. We all had a time figuring out what fruits were in it. I got the new chicken Alfredo and it was very tasty. They have great cheese and I don't get to say that much. The room was extremely loud but the food and waitress were top notch and made up for the noisy table screaming behind us.“

“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“

“We spent the week vacationing in the smokies and went out to eat each day trying to find the best food. On our last day we came to Cookie Dough Monster and I wish we had started here! Best burger I’ve ever had and their truffle fries were incredible. We will definitely come back!“

“Found this deli while on vacation in TN through a web search for sandwiches. We had put in an order for several different sandwiches and pretzels to take on our 11 1/2 hour road trip back home to PA yesterday. We ordered them cold and had them special packed to go into our cooler for our trip. We had them leave off a couple of things like tomato’s, mayo, dressings, so sandwiches would not get soggy in the cooler. Wow!!!! These sandwiches and pretzels were absolutely delicious!! The freshly made bread and pretzels were amazing! Best we have ever had. I can’t imagine how much more delicious they would have been hot. We did get to try some of the pretzels hot when we got home. Sooooo good!!! Everything in the order was correct and labeled, all condiments we needed were there too. Absolutely wonderful family to deal with as well. We will definitely be going back there on our next trip to TN for lunch so we can try those sandwiches hot, but also for getting sandwiches again for our trip back home. Highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed!!“

“This Flapjack's well worth going the Extra mile or 2 to order off the menu. The Breakfast reminded me of what a Good Breakfast was like when I would actually take the time to have a Breakfast. Could get used their Breakfast Menu especially on Sunday mornings. The Mananger Jimmy along with the Entire Staff get 5 stars from me with Customer Service. Oh Yeah the Breakfast was Great Also. “Our experience was awesome! My wife is an ICU Nurse and very sensitive to indoor dining no matter how many precautions are taking by the establishment. I was told the outdoor dining had been closed for the season. After a brief explanation to my wife’s story, Kristin offered to seat us outdoors and offered incredible service. “My family visited twice during our vacation April 2024-May 2024. Very happy with all of our food choices! Would definitely love to come back again. My husband usually doesn’t care for fruity drinks but he was very impressed by the County Punch! So much so that we had to go to the Ole Smoky’s store and get the Hunch Punch Moonshine! LolKid-friendliness: Our kids really enjoyed the food. They are not super picky eaters, but they definitely keep to their certain tastes they enjoy. The kids also enjoyed looking around the restaurant and seeing the history and changes from the past.“

“Very surprised by the quality of the cupcakes we tried. Just didn't expect much from a chain bakery, but absolutely the most moist & tasty cake we can remember getting. They have so many different flavors, it's almost overwhelming. Highly recommend.“
