Excellent service. Top quality meat. I traveled to Texas for two weeks with my husband. We ate at three different barbecue joints and while they were all good, Cooper's offers the best value for money. It has more options to accompany your food, and the manager gave us a T-shirt from the place because Cooper's is the only barbecue where they don't treat you like a ticket but like a person. We went the first night we landed and returned the last night before returning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I visited Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que a few weeks ago for the first time in Austin, TX. I ordered the beef brisket, with a side of cornbread and mac and cheese. I enjoyed the brisket, it seemed fresh and had a good flavour, and they served it right in front of you, upon ordering. As this was the first BBQ brisket I had in Austin, TX, I'm not sure if this is the best out there in the area, but it was decent! I personally think cooper's has the best brisket in Austin. A lot of people say Terry blacks is the best but I found coopers brisket to be juicier and have better flavor. Big fan of this place
