First, get there early! It was 11:15 on a Saturday and it took almost 40 minutes to order and I was the 12th person in line. The owner was the only one cutting the meat and so it took a long time, but I have to say it was worth the wait. The brisket was excellent, the Korean ribs were terrific, and the sticky pork belly burnt ends were awesome. We also had sides of the kimchi cucumber and the coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious from the gochujang pork belly burnt ends, the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the mac & cheese, and the kimchi fried rice. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Fredericksburg! Be warned that the lines get long, so come early!

Amazing BBQ with a unique twist! The cream corn and the pork belly burnt ends (special of the day) were so tasty! Love supporting family owned businesses. The owners are awesome and so friendly; you can tell they treat their employees like family of their own. Come early because the popular meats go quick.
