I've never had any issues and everyone is always has alway been very friendly. I'm surprised at the number of bad reviews about this location.

I completed and paid for my order to be picked up. 18 hours later when I picked it up I was charged more. I emailed them and they told me that prices were just estimates! They did not honor their specials and charged me full price after the transaction was complete. There is a reason HEB has 26 pickup spaces and Kroger only has 4. I will never order from these thieves again.

This Pharmacy/Pharmacist is the most lazy and unhelpful group I've ever dealt with.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING SCHOOL??? The customer service at this place is horrible!!! They will let you stand in line at the customer service center without informing you that someone will be with you. The cashier by the name of Patti, was assisting a customer with questions and concerns near the registers as I walked up to the customer service booth. There wasn't anyone in sight, so I assumed whoever was working the booth may have taken a short restroom break. Therefore, I stood waiting. As I was waiting, Ms. Patti was continuing to assist the customer for about five minutes. Finally, I turned to her and asked if someone was working the customer service desk and she rudely cut me off mid sentence, saying "I will be right with you in a moment ma'am." Then she said and pointed at another customer that was waiting at a register and said, "I have to help this customer too when I'm done with this customer before I can help you because she was here first." Okay first of all that's not a problem, but I was never greeted or acknowledged when I walked up to the customer service booth. I walked right past her on my way to the customer booth, and she was standing right next to me while talking to the other customer, so it's not like she did not see me. If Patti, would have informed me that she was running the register, working the customer service booth, and working the entire front-end area simultaneously, I would have never asked her if someone was working the customer service booth. I would have continued to wait patiently. How in the world am I supposed to know that you were doing three different jobs lady??? Furthermore, a professional would have informed the customer first and foremost that they would be with them as soon as possible and inform the customer that it will be a slight wait time due to the fact that the store is understaff and that they are working three different areas all alone. That's called great customer service and professionalism. But no, instead I was rudely spoken to just for asking if someone was working the customer service booth after I had been waiting for over five minutes for assistance. I'm trying to figure out what did I do wrong to be spoken to in that manner. Well you better believe that I returned the energy and I let Ms. Patti know that she needs to practice having good customer service skills and to learn how to address customers in a professional manner. She continued to speak to me rudely and loud. Moreover, the managers seriously need to train their staff one how to speak to customers. Oh, but wait a minute, the managers are the leaders and leadership reflects attitude. In other words, if the freaking cashier is acting that way, then the managers are probably no better. I will not be spending my money or time at this location anymore. That's really unfortunate because it's close by my job, and I often stop to buy sacks for my students on my way to work. Overall, my experience was a horrible one. I did not expect to be treated with such disrespect. My co-worker/friend, a teacher that I work with complained about this same location a few months ago about how rude they were with her when she stopped by to buy items for our chemistry class. I didn't think anything of it at the time because I have never had a problem until now. However, I normally visit early when they first open the doors and I always use the self checkout. So, I've never had to interact with the workers until yesterday. I only stopped by to cash in my lottery scratch-off winnings and this is what I encountered, rudeness and unprofessionalism. The customer that was standing in line behind me at the customer service booth was also complaining to me of how they're always understaffed and rude to the customers, but that she has no choice but to shop there because it's close to her house. I'm glad I know. I won't be back. One star rating!

I've been coming here for 25+ years because it has the best pharmacy staff and the store staff are quick to address any concerns I have. They have acknowledged that there is a slight malfunction with the new digital coupons if scanned from the weekly ad paper. She said it works best if you clip(scan) the coupons from the app or scan them directly on the shelf tag for the item. Like everywhere else they have been short of staff, have had some operational glitches and are doing the best they can with the help and information they have... I'm going to be patient as I know they will recover their excellent service asap. I like that it's close to home and the parking is not a nightmare situation as the other Krogers nearby have.

Literally no one works here. I'm in the mile long self check out line right now as I'm typing this & a man with 2 arm fulls of unpaid things just waltzed out of the store. The alarms went off but no one budged or blinked an eye lol they have a total of 4 people working at all times & 2 of them are in the back & the other 2 are stacking shelves. RARELY you will ever see more than 2 check out lines with employees lol

its so annoying to unpack your bags and an item you bought is not in the bag which means I have to drive all the way back to the store, wait in line to get my money back. So Frustrating. plus when I called to complain no one answers the phone.

I was very disappointed I'm my visit to Kroger today. I was in the self checkout to save time and I had a few bags of Popcornopolis that were marked $3.99 on the shelf. There was only one special flavor was marked $7.49. I did not choose that one. I brought this to the associate running the self checkout lanes attention. She then told me that it was old tags and that they would only honor one of my intended purchases after I stood there for 8-10 minutes waiting for the only manager in the store that could approve the price to respond. He never called after she paged him 3 times. I felt like they were literally waiting out my frustrations until I gave up and just left. This is the only grocery store close to me, now I may need to go out of my area to find an HEB.

How many people are having issues with the so called "sales" Krogers advertises using the app? I have had multiple issues: No cash back when I've loaded coupons No specific digital coupons offered on the shelf available for me to load (customer service used there account for me to get sales). Concerning online ordering; Nothing confirms coupons were added, until after you arrive at the store, then you have to go through take the time (another 30 minutes) and have it adjusted....because if you wanted the 10 item special and they didn't have it.-O well. (Unless you call....people have been great, but this must be exhausting for them!!) unless I'm the only one this is happening too. I spent an hour trying to cut my grocery bill by $13..... By the time it was over ...if I would not have done anything I would have had "0" savings. I really hope they improve-I like the close convenience...but this other stuff is making want to give up on Kroger all together. Knowing (thinking) everyone else is getting deals...it just doesn't apply to me! $13 average weekly adds up. And face it...it would probably be going back into more groceries anyway! Can I get a witness from anyone having issues too?

If there was a way to give 1 star I would do so. Kroger, as a corporation, is going downhill and this Kroger, which used to be OK is the worst. They are terrible at curbside pick-up. Frozen food I received had obviously been thawed and then re-frozen. Had to wait 3 hours after my scheduled reservation to get my groceries. then, they did not have all of my items but had already charged me. When I contacted their "Customer Service" (what a joke) they explained that my refund would take as long as 15 days because they were "running behind on refunds because there are so many". I explained there are so many because people are having such a bad experience and the chipper little woman answering the questions said "thanks for the information". Don't use them - they are horrible!
