I had a bad experience with one of the managers which I'm a loyal customer or you can say a continuous customer because I go 7 days a week for a large frappe and this particular morning I was there at 5:06 and it was not open at 5:00 like they say on the door to honor their time but the reason why I felt the way I felt about the situation was the lady called me any word she pointed the f you finger and was completely rude so it made me get out of the character which I never do...read full review
