McDonald's

OMG the service was AWESOME food was hot Manager was so professional and the young lady on the front counter that took my order . I recommend this McDonald's to everyone. Also the restaurant was so clean.

I had a bad experience with one of the managers which I'm a loyal customer or you can say a continuous customer because I go 7 days a week for a large frappe and this particular morning I was there at 5:06 and it was not open at 5:00 like they say on the door to honor their time but the reason why I felt the way I felt about the situation was the lady called me any word she pointed the f you finger and was completely rude so it made me get out of the character which I never do because I didn't show the 40 minute video that I have the whole truth on which they call the police out on me and they came deep but me knowing my rights but at the end of the day it just made me feel bad because I'm getting the police called on me because y'all not open on time and want to be rude so I set on the timer line for about 30 minutes because they made me wait 30 minutes while she was saying all the crazy things she was saying because I asked her for a receipt with corporate number on there because she was not open at 5:00 and by her receiving the manager position means they believed and trusting her to run their store from the times that they did so if your employees are late that means manager know how to run the cash register the fryers and grills so that means basically the whole store because if you a manager and y'all close at 2:00 but open back up at 5:00 that means that manager needs to be there at 3:00 to prepare into test all equipment to make sure everything is working properly and should be able to run the store with three people because the other people that was scheduled for 5:00 did not show up to around 5:26 because if y'all honor your time like when you dying in if the door closed before 10:00 you can get in trouble but it's like they failed to read the handbook and a lot of days they mess up my frappes and I'll just go up in there kindly and nicely and ask them can they remake it because I said no whip cream please and they still be putting whip on there and then you asked him to remake it but they're trying to scoop off the whip cream now when I go to this specific McDonald's on a regular time around 10:00 or 9:00 because I just be getting off at 6:00 in the morning and do my fatherly duties for my daughters and go pick up my frappe it is three guys that always take care of me very good when I visit my neighborhood McDonald's on Jones store number 16226 I believe it's the general manager slim skinny guy and it's too young guys one guy works the front counter and the other guy works the drive-thru so I am used to seeing the same people everyday and a few others that I'm used to seeing but two of the ladies that worked with the other lady that was the manager must didn't recognize or know who I was I don't know how that's possible but it happens and when they was all laughing when the police pulled up sheriff's they jumped out quick on me and I stood about the car because I was sitting at the window and they tried to force me in the car which I did not get into so the lady deputy told me to get in and just drive up so after I drive up and got out to speak to both of the deputies the lady act like she didn't speak English that well but she was just cussing me very good in English and it's not on no color thing because we're all people and no one should be actually labeled by color we should be all called people like when you fly the application they have all the different races and things when it should just say human or person or people so you wouldn't feel no different from the others or they wouldn't really know who there is high after the paperwork is filled out so I'm not on those stuff like that I just got upset because calling the Harris county sheriff's made me feel like she just wanted me to go to jail but I had it on video so they looked at it and asked me did she ever refuse service I said no because she was so hostile against me that she forgot just to say I refuse to service which it&#x
