The ramen here was exactly what I’ve been looking for! I don’t eat pork so I’d rather not eat pork based broths but many places don’t put flavor into their non pork broths. Rakkan absolutely delivered. Sooo flavorful and oddly enough the noodles tasted like butter. Will definitely be back to try other menu options.
Tytianna was our server tonight and was really warm & fun and gave us great recommendations from the menu! We came back thanks to her and the delicious food / ramen (with my favorite choice being the spicy vegan garnet ramen).
