We went for birthday brunch and we had good time. The food and drinks are delicious. Key and Rodney were very attentive, friendly and gracious. Please go and patronize and show them some love.
I’m not big on seafood and kinda just came to this place because I had a hankering for some fish. It also helped that it was close by. We came to try it on a whim. We were extremely happy with the quality of the food and service. So much so, I almost shed a tear because everything was so good. The place was packed with people because of a birthday party and I didn’t even mind. Wow. Just wow. That was the best gumbo I've had in my 30 years in Houston. We also had the red fish and fried shrimp. My husband said the Brussel sprouts were better than Perry's! Rodney was warm and welcoming and the food was wonderful!
