“This review has been a long time coming but here it is. I have patronized this business since they opened up years ago. This bakery is awesome, every single time and every single item I order is delicious, fresh and on point. I have mostly ordered catered orders both local and out of state for a birthday party of more than 500 people, and every single time it is 5 star service. Everyone I have referred also says the same thing about the business and the pastries. I don’t know why there are nothing less than 5 stars from reviewers. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this business and the pastries made by BB. Keep up the excellent work and God continue to preserve you and your business.“

“The food here is absolutely incredible but the service is absolutely terrible. The woman who I am assuming is the owner is the only one running the front of the restaurant; taking and placing orders, processing payments, greeting customers, etc. Literally every other person is just a cook. There is legit no one else on the front end with her so there was a lot of confusion with who came in first for orders to be placed and absurdly long wait times. It’s honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 1hr and 20mins for my food yall, no kidding. And I came in to place a to-go order. If she could get 2-3 waitresses/waiters to manage the front end of the store with it’d be golden. Again, food is outstanding but the service belongs in the deepest and hottest part of inflamed trash.“

“This was my first time visiting. I ordered the goat pepper soup, egusi soup, and jilof rice with jerk chicken to go. The pepper soup and egusi soup were amazing! I really enjoyed them. I was disappointed with the jilof rice and jerk chicken . Once I got home, I opened the container to see one small piece of chicken! It was the back part with very little meat. I spent a good amount of money there with a 20% tip. I didn't expect to receive that poor display of a to go order. I didn't even eat it. I do feel that if I had checked my order before leaving, they would have made it right, because the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I still recommend giving this place a try.“
