“I visit here often. Tonight was the first time I was waited on. Usually I only go there for lunch. My friend and I had a nice glass of white wine, small feta salad and a Gryo, which all were very good BTW.. Also added hummus, some pita bread and extra tzatzikki sauce. Food is great and obviously they have alot of other Greek items. My friend and I went there for a quiet early evening meal. Girl-time catch up. Helen our server was amazing. She was very attentive to our every whim. You just had to tip her more than twenty.“

“As far as chicken shawarma wraps go, Beirut’s is the best constructed wrap I’ve found in Austin so far. Fries, toum, pickles, and chicken in a pita is what I grew up with in the Middle East. No lettuce or tomato malarkey, lol. My only gripe is that the chicken’s cooked on a regular grill. I wish the chicken was spit-roasted, but that might have to do with space constraints associated with operating out of a truck? Don’t know.The Hummus is fantastic. The Lebanese Rice Pudding isn’t the best, imo. The rose water/flavoring is too intense for me, but YMMV“

“I had tried their catered food at a friend’s house and had really their chicken shawarma. This time when I visited the restaurant for takeout, I got the beef Shawarma and it was also as good. However, the humus, which is my litmus test, turned out to be dry, coarse and lacking required amount of Tahini. Hope to see their humus recipe switched to the traditional version.“

“The place was nice and well lit, mostly with natural light. You order your food at the register, and you'll get a ticket number for your order. The beef schawarma was great, and it tasted fresh! Their avocado sauce and their version of spicy sauce were great as well, not to forget how delicious the hummus was, too! Lots of flavors. They had two baby seats, which are always a plus with a 2 year old. Overall, it was a great experience.“

“This is a great place to get beef gyros, beef/chicken shawrama, rice, freshly made falafel and pitas...they also make the pitas as they're ordered..so good!The seasoning could more intense, but that's my taste. Alone the food is delicious because of its freshness and quality ingredients. The one exception is the "white sauce"; a common issue with the Greek/Persian/Middle Eastern places in Austin generally. I order my food plain and add my own garlic, cucumber, dill tzatziki at home.Sorry, I couldn't hold back to take pics. Next time, I promise, it disappeared quickly it was so good! I highly recommend the place.I typically order out, but the place is nice; it's a regular deli setting. The staff are great. They're very friendly, nice guys! Just a tip, be prepared with your chosen translator app and set it for Turkish. It will help if you need to ask questions. Some of the guys are taking ESL classes but have to work a lot. The food is so good I'm not surprised....I had a couple convos with them while I was waiting for my food. Like I said, friendly, nice guys. And don't forget the baklava; it's pistachio and it's delicious ?Parking: Parking is available on both sides of the street. Shops compete for available parking, but I usually can find a couple open spots.“

“I came around 8:30pm on a Friday night, and it wasn't too pack. Based on the menu picture, I ordered the kebab, and the guy told me that the meat was a mix of lamb and beef. I also ordered the tikka, and he told me that the meat is chicken. When I got the food, it didn't look like the picture in the menu. The tikka was delicious. It came as a plate full of chicken even under the tomato and rice. It had salad, hummus, and pita bread included. The hummus was smooth and had a more charred taste to it. The salad was sour and complimented the chicken. I would get it again since it could actually feed two people. The kebab looked more like a large empanada than what I was expecting. It was good too with juicy meat and tomato inside and cost $10. In my opinion, the tikka was more worth it and cost around $16. There are some tables to sit outside. I also wanted to try the okra, but it was sold out.“

“This review will be very similar to Caspian Grill because honestly I ordered almost the same things lol. They have flavorful and well seasoned Persian dishes such as Beef Kabob, Chicken Kabob, Dill Rice, Ghormeh Sabzi, Tah Digh. I also ordered it to go so I can't speak on the service or ambiance but the food was great! The one other dish I got was yummy eggplant appetizer.“
