“I ordered hot and ready crazy bread and cheese bread for my son and I l. He loves crazy bread and we have never had a bad experience.Today, we got really hard crazy bread... like impossible to bite into.I wasn't going to say anything because I know this is kind of take it hot and ready as is but my son was really disappointed.So i went back in to ask for it to be made fresh and they made it. No questions asked.I felt so bad and they probably hated me and hated having to do that but it was so appreciated and my son loved it and he was so happy and said that was the best crazy bread he had ever had made fresh Like that.I wish I had cash to tip them because that was above and beyond and I'm so appreciative.“

“I decided to treat my friend to lunch. I gave her two other choices such as, Subway or Jack in the box. She chose Big Joe's! I am so glad she did! The prices were good, food was delicious and the ambiance was peaceful! As, I walked it, it was like a breathe of fresh air. The inside was clean and looked a lot better than the outside! Lol. The Red and White Checkered Table Cloths were sending Italian vibes and the artificial Flowers in the center of the Restaurant were the perfect touch to create a fresh new look because, Big Joe's used to be a Whataburger back in the day. I wasn't sure what to order and the family ahead me didn't either. However, the Young Blonde Order taker with glowing Blue eyes was patient w everybody. He resembled, the actor, Tanner Buchanan who played the Character Robby in the Netflix series Cobra Kai. Ok, so back to the review. Lol. I opted for the Lasagna for $8.99. My friend got the Baked Ziti for $8.99 which included a side of Bread. My friend said, it was a little to crispy but, she said, it's ok. I agreed w her. My Lasagna was Meaty and Cheesey! Lol. It was piping hot too. The Tomato Meat Sauce was tasty with a few small meatballs.The Lasagna Sheets were baked just right, nice and soft. It was topped w a lot of yummy goey Cheeses. A Bus Boy dressed in White dropped our Silverware and Parmesan Cheese off at our table. Even though it was not busy in the Restaurant, he was a great addition to Big Joe's. Some how his presence made me feel special. I guess, it was the nostalgia of his uniform? Well, I think, I covered everything. Lol. If your ever in Haltom City. Check out Big Joe's and grab some Italian food. I'm sure you will like it!“

“Loved the dinner we had here. Relaxed, family atmosphere. All the staff was very attentive, they all checked on us multiple times. Food was really good. I got the shrimp risotto which was one of the specials that night and it had a little spice which was unexpected but really good. My husband got the lasagna and wings for the appetizer. The menu was pretty large and had a lot of items I hadn't seen before. Definitely recommend!“

“We love Big Joe’s! This place is a hidden gem in Haslet, TX. The food is AMAZING. From pizza, to pastas, to salads…You can’t go wrong with anything that you order. The ingredients are fresh, and the food is flavorful. My new personal favorite is the lasagna pizza.We’ve done a mix of dining in and take-out. When dining in, the atmosphere is super laid back. I like that they have quarter machine games available for the kids. It’s keeps them busy while they wait. Theres a lot of flat screen TVs through out the restaurant to watch the games on. When it comes to take-out the drive through window is the best. Not having to get out of my car to pick- up my food is incredibly convenient. Keep up the great work!“

“Highly recommend a visit to Fort Brewery. It’s a very cool space. The outdoor area has motorized overhead screens so depending on the weather you can really enjoy the day or be safe from the elements. The stage is a good size too. Music wasn’t too overpowering so that’s good. The beers were good. Red Ale was my favorite. Also had some solid NA options too. Pizza was killer. Especially the Heim Pizza.“

“Arrived on a Saturday night at 6:30. Plenty of parking , no line , no wait and plenty of seating. Plenty of fresh pizza with new product continuaslly arriving. The pizza tasted just like I remembered from 50 years back. And that crispy crust ? No other pizza chain has it. The salad was fresh but the ice tea was really special. Tasted brewed with no off putting flavor. The poor waitress was alone and worked like a champ. All in all a good experience. $11.00 and change before tip. Worth every penny !“

Now I say that having just moved to the Chapel Creek area and just having ordered takeout from there tonight... which would have been around 5pm on a Friday night. The place was about half full so maybe a little later it gets busier but if it doesn't, it should. The food is outstanding. My wife ordered their homemade lasagna and said it was one of the best she's ever had anywhere -- and we've eaten at some really nice restaurants all over this country. I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was excellent as well... the grilled chicken was done perfectly. Even the breadsticks were good enough to write about.... yeah, that good. So I know that White Settlement isn't exactly a hot-bed for Friday nights or excellent dinner plans BUT if you are in the area and looking for real - and really excellent - Italian food, you can't go wrong here. Give it a chance. It might not look like much from the outside... it does need a makeover in and out honestly, but you're here for the food, not for taking instagram pictures.“

“Went on Friday night around 5:15 and the place continued to increase customers, dine in and take out. Our server, who had been there only 3 weeks, was great! The cheesy bread is great that is served with the salad for the meal. The house dressing, a red tomato vinagerette was great. I had the chicken cremira and husband had chicken Parmesan. The portions are large as be ready to eat or you can share. It is well worth the money as can’t wait to try the pizza as many take out orders were it.Keep up the great taste as better flavor and less expensive than the chain Italian restaurant in Westworth area!“

“Yes, the pizza really is new york style! Thinner and crispier crust, run by good folks. Also just like new york, you can order it by the slice (and they're BIG- do not think domino's). And it's not like 7-11 where it's been sitting out all day under a heating lamp; they cook it about 85% and finish it off once you order and add whatever toppings you want. We went on May the 4th, and they had great deals for people dressed up.They have a huge outdoor playplace and seating. Family-friendly is an understatement.The pizza was great. We also had friend zucchini sticks and mozzarella sticks, and a healthy sweets area.Hayden was our server/ bartender. He took care of our family while we were here. “Thanks Google, Great find! The food was amazing! The Salmon Oregenata with shallots & plum tomato sauce was a taste I've never experienced before and was outstanding. My wife had the Spaghetti with meatballs and while it is an everyday dish she really enjoyed it. Our daughter had the Rigatoni Ala Vodka and while she is a "picky" eater she ate all of it!The portions on all the dishes were large enough that we took to go boxes to our hotel and we had it the next day for lunch.We started eating as soon as the food arrived and I forgot to take pictures!! :(“

“This place is amazing! I tried the Rissoto Tuttomare!!!!!!! Sooooooo good! Bruschetta was mouth watering and delicious! Stuffed mushroom in that pink sauce was outta this world! I've only been here twice and both times the food was really good. Second time I went was on mother's day 2024 and they were really busy. Which I completely understand things happen. I got there at 6:50pmish and no one had acknowledged me until about 7:35pmish. A couple who came in after me got seated before I did. I was waiting for my daughter's anyways but that's just something i noticed. Finally a person notices me and helped me out and gets me seated. E our server who eventually helped us towards the end was very kind and very honest. I will be back to try other dishes! I highly recommend this place! Food is authentic!“
