“A really fun place with even better food. They don't have an overly large menu, which is a good thing because it's hard enough deciding from the existing selections. The bowls are huge and oh so delicious. The staff is so friendly, helpful and attentive. What a concept.... curry and BBQ! It works so well. Can't wait to return. Please be aware that parking is very touch and go, meaning you may have to park a bit away from the restaurant and walk a bit, especially during peak times. But so worth it.“

Yes, you will probably have to wait in line longer than you'd like, but I'm sure most people will agree that the food is worth the wait. The staff acknowledges the long wait times and frequently handed back samples for everyone in line. There is adequate seating both indoors and outdoors. A good selection of drinks and PLEASE try to the brisket and/or the pork belly.“

It was my gf and my first time visiting each last Sunday, 4/7, and we weren’t disappointed!Great customer service from the 2 guys working the truck, friendly & courteous. ☺️ I got the medium nachos with half pulled pork, half brisket, and it came with pico de gallo & queso (skipped the jalapeños)— great portioning and super delicious! I don’t really taste that the queso was “smoked” as they call it, but really good! ? I also got a sausage tortilla wrap and it was one of the best ??Gf got the brisket sandwich and a sausage link to put in her sandwich. She enjoyed every bite and was sad when it was gone. All the bbq had great flavor, was juicy and tender!We loved the food & vibes so much we came back on Tuesday, 4/9 for our anniversary because they said Tuesday was their steak night where they have more tasty sides! Although I wanted the steak, I opted for a brisket sandwich this time & my gf got the same. Even more delicious than the first time ???“

“Found this place while visiting San Antonio and decided to give it a try. The reviews were right: this place if fantastic! The loaded baked potato with brisket was huge! Two people could easily share this! And while sometimes restaurants will serve up large portions to make up for quality, that’s not the case here. The brisket was excellent and the potato was cooked to perfection. The ribs were perfectly done as well. Very flavorful and juicy. We also had the Mac Daddy sandwich. Another excellent choice. Brisket and mac and cheese on a grilled cheese. So tasty! The food and service were both excellent! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Solid Pollos Asados. With some of the more famous places in town starting to slip in quality I decided to try this place close to home. The chicken was very good! Charro beans good though very salty. The rice is sadly sad. Just some rice boiled in Knorr. But I will still call this place my new go to for Char Chicken. Good job you guys. Staff was fine. Food came out quickly on a slow Sunday. Whole chicken, rice, beans, good fresh corn tortillas (probably from a local molino) a jalepeno, half a grilled onion (very good!) and two salsas. Ok you owe ma another red salsa! heehee. I got one red and one green but I should have got two reds. That stuff is great! Thanks you guys! all under 23 bucks.Parking: Small lot but still very doable.“

“Food is great, service can be mixed. I eat here at least twice a month. I like it, food is always good and consistent but the service varies greatly, it can be quick or slow. Check togo orders, more than once I have not had sauce or a Musubi., etc. Katsu, molakai chicken, BBQ chicken all solid, Mac salad is awesome. Only thing I would not suggest is the lumpia, they are expensive for the size and don't have a lot of flavor.“

“If you’re looking for a yummy bbq place this is the spot. Not only is the staff attentive and friendly but the food is delicious. I love their brisket and ribs.They also give extra bread, pickles, and onions on the side with silverware/napkins.“

Most places for cover bands want to charge crazy money for a table or VIP experience, but this was very reasonable. We had a great table upfront and the table for two was only $50 for really high-quality entertainment. I didn't want no VIP package, I just wanted to listen to some good music, and the band Radio Journey was on point! They sang great rock hits from the 70s and 80s of course from Journey, but also Pat Benatar, Heart, Loverboy, Night Ranger, Van Halen and more!Anyway, great people, good place, reasonable prices; what more is there to say? check them out! It was a destination wedding so I blindly chose them off the internet.From Rocio who took the order and handled giving me all of the information to Rico and his staff cooking/setting up, it was a breeze.It was the BEST food I could have ever asked for! Huge portions and every single thing delicious.We served 100 guests and probably received 200 compliments.They could not stop talking about it.I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck!
