“So I don't like to leave bad reviews but I feel that, I should just make this known while most of the time I get food from here when I'm rushing, I have come across my sandwich not being cooked all the way. I tried to avoid eating breakfast sandwiches from here because I don't want to get food poisoning. My sandwich is usually a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel.“

“I had just bought my coffee and saw this cookie butter cold brew for the fall season and i mentioned could u change it if i pay the difference? they had already done my coffee so I told him i will just try it next time , so vouple of minutes passed by and they come out and hand me the drink as a treat, amazing flavor and customer service“
“I go into the store every day to get an iced coffee. For a while there, they were having a huge turnover in staff, but it seems to have stabled out. Every time I go in I order my coffee in a particular way and many times it’s already made before I order it. They are also kind and thorough and the store always looks clean. For those people who stopped going to this store because of the rude staff about 6-9 months ago, don’t worry as those people don’t work there anymore. I was one of those people and I know about 6-8 others who also stopped going. Go back!“

“Everytime I come to this location my bacon egg and cheese croissant is cooked to perfection. Warm and crispy and amazing. They make the specialty coffees really good as well, not super watered down like all the other dunkin's. Love this location, I come everytime i'm in san antonio.“
“I needed a coffee fix pre-flight, and the Dunkin' kiosk set up in the "food court" area right by the main security checkpoint hit the spot. I only needed coffee, and it was served hot, and was exactly as I expected from Dunkin' (good coffee). There is general seating for the food court here, so I was able to do some work while enjoying my coffee. All in all, this did what it needed to do to feed my caffeine addiction!“
“Went inside to get some donuts and a coffee, Yaasmyn and Jovanni made my experience wonderful. They both have great energy and made sure that the got every detail of my order correct because it was a tiny bit complicated. :) and it is very clean inside.“
“Thankfully the construction is over and the drive thru is open once again. ?? Donuts are good anytime of day and their Tomato Basil grilled cheese sandwich w/side of Snacking Bacon has become a favorite. Staff is always hospitable and I'll definitely be by to place an order real soon ?“
“I’m really grateful for the workers at this location. Sometimes I am greeted at the speaker by a guy who always has some quirky phrase to say hi or there’s a girl at the window who is just plain nice. It’s a nice change from the location on Nacogdoches and I really appreciate it. It shows it the people working here don’t hate their job- at least the ones I’ve met.“
“The store was clean. It's looked like the young lady had just swept and mopped. I think she said her name was Lauren . The coffee bags looked neat and organized. It was only her working today (01/20/24) and she was pushing out the orders through the driveway and main floor very quickly! She deserves a raise!“
“It was my first time in there. They're very patient with me, I usually go through drive-thru. The stuff was amazing. Very clean store. Great location. “My friend and I went here. Unfortunately there wasn't a big choice for donuts. But we still found something we liked. We each had a Pineapple Chocolate. It was good, very flavorful. The young man could hear my friend above the drink maker. Which I thought was great. He was very kind.“
“I will ask for the SAME thing and have it made different each time The coffee is so inconsistent who ever made it today and the same person that keeps making it makes its so DARK AND BITTER there is one person who usually makes it great but you never know what you’re going to get one day it may taste good and then the next ask for the exact thing and taste horrible“
“I'm fairly new to Dunkin' Doughnuts & while the doughnuts were good as was my coffee, my daughter's cold brew mixed drink took a little too long. We ordered, received the doughnuts and coffee, and sat to wait for the cold brew mix. 15-20 minutes later, doughnuts eaten, the drink was ready. Perhaps I'm wrong, but that long for a drink is questionable, in my opinion. Overall, an okay visit.“

“We ordered donuts, hashbrowns, and turkey wraps. The donuts were delicious, but they lacked adequate frosting. There was a good variety of donuts. To improve the turkey wrap, use a wheat-based tortilla. We did not have to wait. The place could benefit from some cleaning, both inside and out.“

“I do not like hot coffee. This is what I have learned about myself. I used my Dunkin offers for a drink and Dunkin faves. The price seemed like it did not change. I paid about $8 for a hot Irish creme coffee and turkey, egg, and cheese croissant, minus the egg... I sat down for a bit. The atmosphere was great. I did have them recook my sandwich it was undercooked. No problem there, it was nice and hot and crispy. I do not like hot coffee it was not Dunkin, it was me, I just don't like it. I'm glad I got to try it at Dunkin, so I know it's not the coffee or the preparation it's me, I don't like hot coffee.Parking: You just want to be careful, people sometimes drive fast through the parking lot to avoid the light. Dunkin is right there and if you are backing out, someone can slam into you if you are not careful.“
“Solid matcha goodness! Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! My fiancé and I stopped by the other night after a disaster at Dutch Bros to pick up something to cleanse the palate and the medium Matcha Latte with Oat Milk I ordered was absolutely divine. It was steamed so well, the Oat Milk super creamy with a yummy layer of soft foam on top, and no tea dregs were left at the bottom or stuck to the sides of the cup. The matcha grade wasn't of the highest quality, but still above average. I ordered it without a sweetener and the beverage was neither too sweet or too bitter. It was just crafted so well and I enjoyed every sip. I definitely recommend giving this location a try!“
