Wonderful service and amazing food on Saturday night at Stout's Signature! Our server, Alex (Alexandria M.) was very attentive and provided great recommendations. We started by sharing the Bread Board (sourdough bread, whole wheat baguette, apricot whipped butter, drunken blueberry sauce, whipped sea salt & chive cream cheese, olive oil & balsamic vinegar) with our salads (Caesar Salad for me, Tomato Capri for my husband). Both were very fresh with great flavors. I had the Redfish Risotto (AMAZING!!), and my husband had the weekly special (Surf and Turf: garlic shrimp, Cajun dry rubbed ribeye, grilled asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes, and romesco puree - also delicious!). For dessert, we shared the Cinnamon Sugar Beignets (served with the most amazing nutella espresso sauce), a scoop of the Sated Caramel Gelato, and J’s Espresso Martinis. Sorry, but I didn’t get photos of dessert before we devoured it. We look forward to returning to this location and the location at Grape Creek Vineyards in Fredericksburg!
