The customer service is bar none- friendly and helpful every visit. The pastries are delicious. This rainy day I enjoyed a cinnamon muffin- it has a streusel like topping and was perfectly moist. I wish I had two! The coffee is the show stopper here- cappuccino was frothy and rich. I also recommend their little street tacos served on Tuesdays. The sense of community love was evident as different families, friends filtered in to play games, read, visit. There is a large high bar with plenty of plugs for those looking to work/study. I found the WiFi fast enough for my cloud based charting. I have and will visit often!“

With so many good places in the Houston area, sometimes we take for granted new places, but also want to support the places that we like so they stay in business.So when the bakery I usually frequent across the street was full, I decided instead of waiting or trying to maneuver the inside of the bakery with 3 young children alone, to go over here because they had halal meat (chicken and gyro options).I was really happy that we were able to find close parking on the street but we usually park a little further down in the parking lot behind all the buildings when we visit city place. I heard that there is free parking in a garage nearby but I did not see any free parking in a garage; the only parking garage I saw had a sign that it was employees only.I saw a picture of what I wanted online and went with the Mediterranean plate which I have to say-- is pricey for the amount of food that you get. I expected it to be larger or for this price (almost $20) I expected it to cost less. Either or.The children options are really nice, they got the basics and a couple of different things, my kids were able to get the small pizza and a halal chicken meal that they enjoyed.I liked that they had a couple of different types of teas to try (ginger peach and black current) because it gets boring to only just have a sweet or unsweet tea option at restaurants.I tried the cookie that you get with the children's meal, and it are really yummy, I regretted not purchasing a few of those separately. We especially love the fact that they had frozen yogurt for a sweet treat after the meal.The inside of the place was very aesthetic looking and we are looking forward to visiting again soon.“

“Okay - I think the general rules need to be established, as well as acknowledgment of the fact that we were there after church on Sunday. Deacon Baldy's, by my best estimate, is the bar area itself. The tenders kept the lines moving, and there was typically a line. I wish I'd counted the beers advertised; there must've been close to 50, and though I'm a simple, Bud Light kind of beer drinker, it was a great view! So, now the food...There were 5 different trailers there, and 4 were open. Remember, it was a Sunday. Trailer 1 was BBQ, "BBQ Godfather" I think - It was closed. That kind of hurt my heart. Number 2 was an Asian place that I don't recall the name of, but it looked like mostly messy food, for a messy eater such as me - I've got menu pics for clarification. Number 3 was a crawfish truck - my neices & family seemed to like them, but sadly, I did not partake. Number 4 trailer was Uncle Tony's Burgers - my wife and MiL had their food and were raving about it. Number 5 was my pick - "Raise Pizza & Eats" and where I got my pizza from. Simple order done extremely well - as much Peperoni as they felt would work, followed by enough cheese to make it nearly impossible to pull apart. They succeeded! The crust was a little light, but expected with the amount of toppings. All in all, I think it would be a solid 9 out of 10, IMO.“

(I really wish we could remember her name) She immediately started telling us about the menu and telling us what was most popular and her favorite items. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had the crushed Avocado Toast, I got the chicken enchiladas and my husband got the Mother Earth bowl with steak and shrimp added. We also got a side of macaroni as the girl said it was one of her favorites. I would say I wasn’t impressed with the drink selections.
